While room was dated, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities were overpriced. Most convenient to airport.

Room 107, which the reception called an "upgrade," was terrible...
Old, worn down; in the evening, the water kept switching between hot, cold, and warm; in the morning, it only switched between cold, freezing cold, and warm. One bed had no nightlight, the room was dark, and the lights couldn't be turned off from the bed. The AC was very weak...
The room could only be reached via a narrow staircase and a long, dirty, narrow hallway...
Worst of all, one of the bed legs fell off during the night...
Instead of the double bed we ordered, there were two ancient, shaky single beds...

Zimmer nur über enge Stiege und langen schmutzigen, engen Gang erreichbar...
Am ärgsten Bett verliert in der Nacht einen "Fuss"...
Statt des bestellten Doppelbettes zwei uralte wackelige Einzelbetten...

I liked its proximity to the airport, the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The in-house restaurant was also convenient and the quality of the food and beverages was good value for money.
The staff was slow and needed prompting every time, from checking in to ordering food and paying at the restaurant. The room I was given the key for wasn’t made up yet, I had to ask and wait again for housekeeping to get it ready despite my 6pm arrival.
Location is perfect for accessing the airport.
Hot water was not available for showers.

Hi we have stayed here I think 4 or 5 times now but this time no bath towels in the room , no creamer for coffee the television didn’t work and the AC was terrible
Service og beliggenhet, enkelt når en skal videre med fly. Gratis transfer til flyplassen
Gammelt slitent hotell, ingen varmt vann aircon virket ikke og det var ikke nok dopapir engang.
Hadde prisen vært lavere så hadde det vært greit men så dyrt hotell hadde jeg forventet litt bedre.

Arrived at 2 am. Met by concierge staff outside to help with baggage. Palatial sized room with lounge, two bathrooms and a bath! Very comfortable and relaxing after 16 hours of international travel.
Location is superb, walking distance to and from the airport if you will just go nearby Mactan.
During my stay, A/C system was in maintenance as advised by the staff. It was not so cool, generally you would feel warmer than usual. Room temperature didn’t go cooler than 24 degrees C
