Staff were so courteous, but that's nothing new with people from the Philippines. Theu are a credit to their Country.
Please needs a bit of a refurbishment, but I'm told that has already started.

Closest hotel to Mactan airport
The air conditioning wasn’t working. The room itself, although clean is a bit tired & worn out. The shower doesn’t have any partition from the commode & the floor very slippery after taking a shower. The room space is small.

1. I like how close it is to the airport, basically you can just go out front, take few steps from the stairs
2. I like the ambience, relaxing although it is old, it is very comfortable. My brother keeps telling me” this makes me sleepy”

The shower in 319 needs to be looked at. But everything else is perfect. The reason why i didn’t book this before is bacause of the ada that there was no elevator but it really is fully functioning

Location to the airport was very good. I would only stay there again if I had an early flight out.
The hotel is old and in need of maintenance. They only provided 2 small bottles of water despite not having drinkable water available from the taps.
They offered us a free dinner or breakfast due to the air-conditioning not working but when we arrived they told us they had put us in a room with air-conditioning so they reneged on the meal offer. The room was meant to be an upgrade but came with two single beds despite booking one large bed. We asked them to change the bed, they said they would but they didn't.
The hotel looks worn out.
