Brilliant for travelling in and out of the airport. The staff were helpful.
It was really mouldy in the bathroom. The gym was dangerous!
Proximity to airport is great and free shuttle
The hotel feels like while once great, it has fallen into dilapidation. The pool bar and lobby bar/cafe have both been closed, with only an overpriced restaurant in a hall available. There’s basically barely anything to do in or around the place. Can’t walk anywhere given the location either.

Very convenient location
It was not clean.
We could walk across the road to the airport. Breakfast had a huge variety.
After asking for reassurance that we had been provided with a double not a twin room and being told by reception at checkin that yes our room was a double, upon arrival to our room we discovered it was a twin.
Reception were difficult to get hold of to communicate the issue, the room phone went to a switchboard not reception, when I asked to be transferred to reception I was asked why and needed to explain the entire situation to the person answering phones. I was then told to wait which took over 3 mins before I was eventually transfered. However, I then needed to explain everything a second time to reception.
Once we finally managed to get through to reception, they were quick to change our room, and sent a porter to help us. However, it didn't end there.
Just before we were about to have a shower we noticed the room they had transferred us to did not have any towels. Due to how long it took to get through to reception the first time, we gave up, and found a hand towel for both of us to use to dry off.
The room TV had no free to air channels, so if you wanted to watch anything you needed to enter your personal streaming account details, not worth it for 1 night.
