Pros:

Worst Property in Pachmari
Pros:

We did not like anything in the hotel and will never visit it again.

Cons:

The room was not very good — there was no ventilation. There was no lunch or dinner service. There was morning tea available, but it was so bad that we didn’t take it. We got it from outside. There was no Wi-Fi facility. Even online payments didn’t work due to connectivity issues.
There was no parking space either.

Denied CheckIn even after booking 2 months in Advance

Booked 2 months in advance, sent multiple messages to confirm the booking and was confirmed booking everytime. When I turned up at the reception, they simply said, we are overbooked. We have 11 rooms and have got 18 pre-paid bookings already. You haven't paid so your booking is not confirmed. I have been asking when and where to pay for 2 months to them and they just kept saying, you can pay at the property. I came to attend marathon and was left to struggle to find another property as most hotels were full due to event. Never booking Super Collection properties again. Also the pictures look really good but when I reached the hotel, it looked shabby, ugly. Even the reception manager was rude. Surrounding and inside of the lobby were dirty too. Stay away from this unprofessionally managed property.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Not Worth the Price

I had a really disappointing experience at Super Collection O Hotel in Panchmarhi. The pictures online looked great, but the reality was far from it. The room was not clean — bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom had a bad smell throughout our stay. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to basic requests like fresh towels or room cleaning.

The location is okay, but the hotel lacks even basic hospitality.

Overall, it felt like a budget lodge falsely advertised as a premium hotel. Would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their standards.
