The hotel s in the heart of town and could be easily missed as it has a tiny facade. However, the rooms are big and comfortable. Ours looked out on the park. It was a short walk to the harbor and a short walk to Okd Nice, where restaurants abound.

We stayed here for a week and couldn't be happier. The location is excellent for exploring Nice, the staff are lovely, the room (we upgraded to a balcony) was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great location, perfect base for sight seeing

A very nice hotel in a great location with very helpful and friendly staff. The room and facilities were all great, comfortable, modern and clean (one of the two story rooms on the fourth floor).
The location is great as everything is walkable. The street outside can be a bit busy with traffic during peak hours but otherwise was fine at night, and the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel is very nice and has some great breakfast options.
My only pedantic complaint would be that the stairs in the two story rooms are hard wood so can be very loud at night when people are walking up and down them in the next room. Carpeting them would probably go a long way to making this a lot better but it's a very minor complaint.

Overall a very nice hotel and would happily recommend.

Lovely clean hotel

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Great spa with sauna and hot tub. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and stayed for a long weekend during the Monaco GP. It was beautiful. Walk to everything - restaurants, shops. Stay was too short, but if ever in Nice again, I will definitely book this hotel.

Well located property. Very clean property, quality linens, well-maintained, very good dining options, and friendly staff. Slippers. Quick Internet, high res TV. Area is solid.

This was one of the nicest hotels in my trip to Europe this summer. The unit was spacious, comfortably fitting my family of 6, modern, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is parking if you bring a car. Parking is limited to street parking and can be challenging.

Lovely rooms. We took our two small children and plenty of room in a suite. Very clean, restaurant lovely and room service delicious and fairly priced. Great location. Would stay again.

Conveniently located by Vieux Ville and port districts and the park. Quiet and modern hotel.

Absolutely brilliant base for our trip to the South of France, accessible to Nice and all public transport. The room was great, provided us with everything we needed as a family of four and gave us the option to eat in if we wanted too.
Only negative was getting ignored by staff when we tried to use the restaurant for breakfast and sat for 20 minutes before walking out.
Wouldnt put us off from coming back though. Highly recommend

Add bathrobes to improve the experience; remove glass steps as they don’t feel safe. Include a roll of paper towel in the kitchen.

Very nice staff. Very convenient for our family of 4. Our room had a loft where the kids stay and they loved there own space. Had a mini kitchen where we were able to make breakfast, which was really nice.

Simply wonderful. This is a gem for a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers!). Accommodations are excellent, spacious, sparkling clean and modern. I literally could live here for a month. Location is perfect : equidistant btw port and place garabaldi and a 5 min walk to old town. I am thrilled that I found it- truly made our vacation so special without breaking the bank. Every other hotel we would have to get two rooms and it would not have been as fun!

Beautiful, large, new suite with a gorgeous view of a hill and side water view. Very convenient location and the staff were very helpful.
