The room was pretty clean. The bed was fine to sleep on, and it was quiet at night. The included breakfast at the hotel had a very good assortment of local and western foods and coffee. It was a very nice and welcome inclusion. The hotel location is very close (5 minute walk) to the Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Arasta Bazaar.
The front desk staff were not particularly helpful. They did not come in to check or fix our broken T.V.; though they did provide us a working hair dryer when we went downstairs to report the broken one. The room was a bit run down--visible scratches on the floor, a broken wall lamp, a shower door that didn't close shut. The front desk staff did not help us when we asked about getting a taxi from the hotel to the cruise port (Galataport). Rather they said we should try to call an Uber our own (we did, but none were available), and they just pointed vaguely down the the street for us roll our luggage several blocks to find a city taxi. It turns out Ubers and private cars only want to take passengers to the airport, and not elsewhere in the city.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, todo queda cerca. El desayuno repetitivo pero bien, rico y abundante.
El secador de pelo no funcionaba, la tv no se podía ver ya que no era smart tv y no enganchaba los canales. El colchón incomodisimo.

Tiny hotel with great size rooms very comfortable and clean . The rooftop breakfast with sea view was perfect. A few good restaurants right beside you and side street markets were better than grand bazaar (15 min walk) very helpful with all ground transportation as well
Kivételesen jó elhelyezkedés, ez a legfőbb értéke. Minden nagyon közel van, a legfőbb látványosságok, a villamos és a városnéző busz is. Nagyon jó reggeli, minden nap más, kedves hölgy reggeliztet. Reggeli a tetőteraszon, szép napkezdés. Szívesen visszajönnék ezek miatt ide.
A hangszigetelés finoman szólva is gyenge. A hajszárító nem működött persze ez csak az utolsó nap derült ki különben szóltam volna. A tévén nem lehetett kiigazodni. A recepciós csak az első nap és az utolsó nap köszönt. De ezek apróságok, összességében visszajönnék szívesen.
The only thing which is in favor of this hotel is its location, very close to blue mosque
Our room’s window was broken and couldn’t be closed so it was hard to sleep at night becoz of the ongoing traffic on the street. Plus light lamp above the bed was literally hanging on the wall.
Location is great.
Breakfast was good, fresh and lots of variety.

Great position. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace with great views.
Room was shabby and small. Bed head wall light was broken off and hanging by its wires. Staff said they would repair it but they didn't. Shower screen broken and quite dangerous. Black mould all around the silicon sealant.
The location is excellent for major sightseeing it is within walking distance to everything.
The hotel knew we would be arriving early & leaving our bags as we were arriving before check-in time (I had emailed to ask if this was ok) The guy on the desk bearly lifted his head from his phone to acknowledge we were there.
Once we checked in the room was small, it could do with a freshen up, the shower was very slow to drain.
Breakfast was ok for me, although my husband thought it was good. Again the breakfast staff found it difficult to engage with their guests. It felt like an unhappy establishment.
I realise it is a great price but a smile doesn't cost anything.

Excellent location in the sense that it is really close to the major sights near Hagia Sophia, but still in a smaller alleyway, so it's quieter on the front road.
The decor was a little dated, and one of the light fixtures in our room was broken.

El desagote de la ducha se tapaba luego de utilizarla 3 minutos,
desayuno mejorable: la cafetera no tenía leche los primeros días, las habitaciones justas en tamaño, los colchones muy gastados, están para el cambio. Internet de a ratos se cortaba

excelente ubicación del hotel, esta en pleno centro a pasos de santa sofia y la mezquita azul al igual que otros atractivos turísticos. ademas desayuno bufet muy bueno.
solo en algunas ocasiones el wifi tenia problemas de conexion.
