Spacieux, propre et très bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour 😊 tout était parfait. L’espace, les chambres, la vue de la terrasse.
Nous avons fortement apprécié le coin barbecue près de la piscine ainsi que le Spa et Sauna.
Il est très agréable à vivre et super bien situé ( proche du tram, woolworth et de la rue piétonne)
Il y a eu un petit couac mais Kate a été très réactive et tout est rentré dans l’ordre. Le personnel est très gentil.
Nous sommes très happy de cet établissement et le recommandons fortement 😉 nous reviendrons 😁

Cons:

Peut être un plus de vaisselle genre marmite, plat, saladier mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

I expected it to be of a higher standard (cleanliness) especially when renting the penthouse
Pros:

Location was great, view was great and facilities were good

Cons:

The cutlery and most plates and bowels were dirty we had to rewash before we could use them. The shower in the ensuite leaked so much we could not use it and the other bathroom had mould in the shower and an old cake of soap sitting on the top rail. Not one single item was test & tagged which in our industry has to be done every 6 months, so safety and WHS is not properly monitored. Our parking space was taken by someone else so we had to use a different space for the duration of our stay instead of being given back our correct parking space.

Pros:

Layout of unit, and size of unit, fantastic. Views are exceptional. Bedding and sofa comfortable. Kitchen facilities great.

Cons:

Although the unit is in the Heart of Surfers which is awesome, it was so noisy. For this reason, we wouldn't stay again.

Great location but a tired property
Pros:

Amazing location great views

Cons:

Apartment could do with a good clean, a number of things weren’t working. Went to talk to receptionist about one of them but she wasn’t interested in helping so didn’t mention the rest eg bedroom fan not working, light not working

Pros:

Amazing location - right on Caville Ave! Perfect for walking or catching the tram since we had no car. We were lucky to get the 14th floor! incredible views on the river and nightscape. The apartment was spacious and equiped. Would stay here again :)

Cons:

Only issue was the ensuite shower did leak out onto the floor.

The rooms were lovely great view over the river the lady at reception was lovely and was so nice to come in on good Fri as our air BnB was cancelled last minute as we were boarding our flight to Gold Coast and it was all last minute to find accommodation

Was on a busy road access to and from depended on the time & day extremely busy because of location.
Pros:

View was great windows were long overdue for a clean the dusting we terrible. There was a lamp shade in the corner when you tipped towards you you can clearly see this had not been cleaned/dusted for a long period of time we left the room in a better state than when we arrived.

As mentioned above.

Had a great holiday
Pros:

The concierge was exceptional she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
We had the water ferries behind us and the tram a short walk away... beach was within 10 mins walking... choice of many restaurants within easy walking distance, a supermarket across the road, swimming pool and spa at the facility
