Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Tout a été parfait du début à la fin.
Pros:

L’accueil a été d’une chaleur et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Le personnel s’est montré d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible, ce qui a vraiment rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.

La chambre était impeccable : propre, bien équipée et très confortable. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, avec un accès facile aux métro et bus, ainsi que de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité ...

Nous souhaitons remercier toute l’équipe pour la qualité de leur travail ! Leur passion, leur énergie et leur sens de l’hospitalité se ressentent dans chaque détail du séjour.

Nous tenons également à adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Mr. Lokman pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Il a véritablement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable et mémorable!

Perfekt für den Städtetripp nach Istanbul
Pros:

War das 2. Mal dort und de Lage ist einfach perfekt.
Wenige Minuten Fußweg direkt am Taksimplatz und an der Metro.
Frühstück mit inbegriffen, kein Riesen wow Frühstück, aber es reicht um in den Tag zu starten und es schmeckt.

Η καθαριότητα και η ευγένεια 10/10!!! Ειμαι ευγνώμων ειχα ξεχάσει δαχτυλιδι αξίας 500 ευρώ και το φύλαξαν!!! Εννοείτε θα ξαναπήγαινα και πολυ κοντά από το κέντρο!!!

Cok temiz bir hotel ,her tarafa ulaşmak kolay
Guvenilir ve güler yuzlu personel ,kahvaltisi güzel cok güzel ilgileniyorlar tekrar tercih ederim

Great location and friendly staff, but breakfast could be improved
Pros:

Nice, cosy hotel in a very good location — everything is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Cons:

One point to consider: the breakfast was fairly average and did not feel like a proper Turkish breakfast. The selection was quite repetitive and the area could get crowded. I would recommend booking without breakfast and instead trying one of the nearby cafés just a few minutes away — better quality and more authentic for a similar price.

أسوأ فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي

كل شئ. الغرفة ضيقة جدا . الاثاث قديم جدا وبالي . الافطار محدود وبجوار الاستقبال والطاولات محدودة جدت. المنظر الخارجي مطل سئ جدا يسد النفس والله . تخيلوا سلة النفايات شكلهم احضروها من الشارع اصلا وعاء لحفظ الرمل . الاضاءة ضعيفة جدا في الغرف . شاشة التلفزيون اصغر شاشة شفتها في حياتي وما تشتغل كمان . باختصار أسوأ فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي . انا مستغرب كيف يكون تقييم الفندق 4 نجوم والله نجمة مايستحق

Amazing stay, smooth and comfortable: both quality and location-wise
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, very well equipped! The staff is very polite and helpful, a special thanks to Ahmad :)
The breakfast is very tasty and healthy, you can experience the Turkish breakfast !
The location is perfect, 5mins to Taksim square by walking. There is also a shuttle bus to both airports 7 mins away from the hotel.

Cons:

The cleaning staff comes at various moments of the day, it would be good if they could inform us of the time schedule of when they pass by so we can get organized accordingly :)
