Sehr schönes hotel und Strand
Pros:

Das hotel war sehr schön, Zimmern sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Personal sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Obwohl die meisten kein englisch gesprochen haben ,waren sie immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ok aber das Essen was man bestellen konnte war sehr gut und günstig.
Die Lage war wunderschön, Blick auf Meer und auf die Berge. Es gab einen Transfer zum Strand der uns bringte und abholte. Der Strand war auch sehr schön gestaltet. Der Inhaber hatte wirklich viel Fantasie beim gestaltet des hotels und des Strandes, wirklich schön.
Man konnte in die Stadt locker mit dem Bus fahren oder mit Taxi. Wir haben uns 2 Roller geholt und haben ziemlich alles besucht.
Der nächste Urlaub in die Türkei wird in diesen hotel sein.
Dankeschön für den schönen Aufenthalt. Bis bald.

Badezimmer hatte ein schlechtes geruch und war schnell überfüllt mit Wasser nach dem Duschen.

Alles was toppp!!! We zijn bijna niet uit onze hotel en beachclub gegaan omdat we het zo geweldig vonden! Ook het person
Pros:

Alles was top geregeld! Je hebt naar overal een transfer (beach club, eigen club en nog een loactie)

Cons:

Dat we zelf om schoonmaak moeten vragen als we dat willen want soms waren we net te laat ermee.

Valitettavasti ei ole kauheasti sanottavaa pitämisestä muuta kuin että ranta oli ihan kiva ja sänky oli siisti ja puhdas.

Cons:

Kaikki. Hotelli oli hiukan kaukana keskustasta niin että pitää mennä taksilla tai omalla autolla keskustaan.
Huone oli tosi likainen, pinnat oli likaiset ja oli pölyä. Suihkun pää oli tosi kalkkinen, suihkussa ei ollu esim. Lasiseinää suojaamista varten ja vessanpöntön kansi meni koko aika kiinni, mikä oli ärsyttävää.

Aamupalalla ei ollut mitään vaihtoehtoja ja maistui pahalta. Ei edes vettä ja mehu oli oli koko aika loppunut ettei kukaan käyny täyttämässä sitä.

Palvelu oli todella huonoa. Ystävällisiä ovat olleet, mutta oletettiin että hotellihuoneen siivous kuuluu päivittäin. Meidän piti itse mennä pyytämään että siivoaisivat huoneen. Pyydettiin myös vessapaperia aamulla ja meni päivä eteenpäin, ei vieläkään vessapaperita. Oltiin todella pettyneitä miehen kanssa tähän hotelliin ja toista kertaa ei kyllä tulla.

5 ⭐️ service and design for 3 stars price ! True gem 💎 of Alanya
Pros:

Hospitality, design, food, everything was world🔝 class! Sveta was very helpful and I felt like home here. ❤️‍🔥 Clean rooms, astonishing decorations, very comfortable location next to Marina (far from city noises). There is a beach transfer between 12-19 o’clock OR you can call a taxi (180 LT to the beach or 5 euros the first day) from the reception. Room was ready exactly in time, AC is powerful and located the way it doesn’t blow into your face. At the balcony I had a nice view and flowers 🌺 for privacy. The shower has several modes (tropical shower) and you get everything you need - shampoo, conditioner and even a washcloth. Breakfast was good and pretty satisfying - I wasn’t hungry till 15:00! You order omelette or eggs 🍳 and nice lady or sir are immediately bringing it for you.
Decorations at the beach and club are just INSANE. It’s simple but built with love 💕 and it’s visible.
There is a pool in the hotel and 2 pools at the beach, where you get entertained with amazing artists, working really hard and smiling all the time.
Definitely will be back and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Any issue I could have was sold very quick and with love. ❤️ Some people could say the location is far from beach, but hey, it’s a private beach located in the best Kleopatra beach area. It’s safe and sound. Enjoy!

A luxurious and unforgettable experience – from the breathtaking sea view and incredibly comfortable bed to the outstand
Pros:

Everything was amazing – the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped (with towels, bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products, and a hairdryer). We had a room with a sea view – it was breathtaking. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole hotel is designed with great attention to detail. We also enjoyed the beautiful beach club and the fun night club experience.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations. ❤️

Pros:

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The sea view is beautiful.

Cons:

The rooms were small. They originally put us in a bungalow although we booked a queen room with a sea view. Once they moved us the room was more spacious but still difficult to maneuver around.

The place i would recommend to everyone
Pros:

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of hotel. Its really calm and cozy place. We joined all the parties at their own beach club and night club(they offer free VIP transfer for the guests) and they were amazing!. Prices are very good, we also got an extra discount at the beach and night club as a hotel guests. The quality of food is good, rooms are fully renewed. Stuff is friendly and helpful, room service and cleaning is good. Cosmetic and hygienic products are so good quality! Hotels’ view is just amazing 😻 i like all the details of hotel - its so nice that you want to make a picture of every meter of it.

Cons:

We had a really good time at our couple holiday, i couldnt see any minuses
