The hotel is very good, is nice, the building and the decoration are beautiful. The pool and the views are also great. The breakfast included was good

The bar is close, even the bar at the pool because they said they lost the permits for a month… also, the food at the restaurant à la carte was not the greatest, they take a long time to do it and forgot many things.

Some things at the rooms was not clean and they forgot towels and other basic things to put in the rooms.

There was a staff at the pool telling not to be close of my wife… why?

I was stay at ambassadors Mumbai and definitely that one is better I don’t know why too many differences in the same brand of hotels.

Value for money
Pros:

The staff were amazing. I had an issue with an Indian company that Vikram patiently spent hours trying to solve. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The meals were great. The Indian meal options were superb. The hotel has a travel desk so all taxi or other travel arrangements can be booked in house

Cons:

My room was street side, so a little noisy from the busy road.
I appreciated the gym, but some of the equipment could use some maintenance

All in all, pleasant stay with good facilities
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, reasonably priced, not far from the airport so convenient location. A bit noisy if your room is facing the street. The rooms are spacious, bed comfortable. Aurangabad is a big bustling city. The facilities are good. I use the gym where some of the equipment could use a service. A good choice of massages available at the hotel. The staff are all friendly and professional. I always appreciate breakfast being included- buffet breakfast offers a fairly good choice of Indian dishes & western breakfast. Spacious grounds with a random plane among the trees. I’m sure it must have some significance!

Hope physical issues will be taken care of, and I'll enjoy another stay.
Pros:

Spacious, welcoming, comfortable. My food allergies were taken care of with a smile and going an extra mile.
Staff behaviour and care was definitely a plus.
Garden, Greenery and cute poolside all were attractive.

Cons:

Bathroom door could not be closed from outside so it was always a little ajar.
Banister from lobby to restaurant floor if u go by stairs was shaky and unstable.
Upholstery in spa reception was dirty...did not like sitting on it.
