The restaurant was nice
The rooms felt very old fashioned and the noise from next room was annoying as I could hear the whole conversation did complain and nothing was done.
The kitchen staff certainly tried to accommodate our strict preference for dairy free, animal product free food. The hotel grounds are pretty. The kitchen unfortunately had limited daytime hours.
I would not have booked this hotel had I known there would be multiple weddings going on the nights we were there. After full days of traveling and sightseeing we were looking forward to returning to our room for rest and early sleep which wasn’t possible due to multiple wedding parties. While the hotel did generously attempt to accommodate us by moving us to a quieter (and larger) room, it was just a room facing a different direction of the hotel grounds which also had the joyful -but not restful- sounds of a wedding party. We treated ourselves to a couples foot massage, which turned out to be the weakness massage we experienced in India. Or anywhere.
Breakfast was excellent with very good spread of food items.

Even basic things like toilet paper were missing from lobby washroom also no cleanliness at all.

The rooms are clean, and very spacious. Restaurant serves tasty and inexpensive food. The hotel is well decorated and gives a positive vibe. Overall, a very good choice to stay for a couple of nights.
It's the outside area which shows a feeling of neglect. Which is a shame, as the gardens could be marvelous.

I booked taxi from the hotel for only 4kms and it was really expensive
The grounds of the hotel are vast and well laid out.
The hotel staff did not care to respond to multiple phone calls and emails from 25 Dec 2025 till 8 Jan 2026. I booked two non-refundable rooms. I wanted to cancel the second room booked by mistake. Eventually, I had to take two rooms even though I did not need the second one, all because the hotel ignored my messages and did not bother to acknowledge Booking.com request on my behalf.
