Hope physical issues will be taken care of, and I'll enjoy another stay.
Pros:

Spacious, welcoming, comfortable. My food allergies were taken care of with a smile and going an extra mile.
Staff behaviour and care was definitely a plus.
Garden, Greenery and cute poolside all were attractive.

Cons:

Bathroom door could not be closed from outside so it was always a little ajar.
Banister from lobby to restaurant floor if u go by stairs was shaky and unstable.
Upholstery in spa reception was dirty...did not like sitting on it.

Pros:

The location is great. The property is surrounded by a lot of green space. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

The place is in need of renovation. The towels had a terrible smell. There are details in the cleanliness of the rooms that could be easily solved by a bit more effort from the management.

Pros:

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. Food and breakfast options were excellent.we had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, unique classic style, peaceful & friendly staff
Pros:

Fantastic location!
Very characteristic, warm atmosphere.
Feeling home far away from home.
Lovely manager & friendly helpfull staff at all various counters & positions.
Also a peaceful location surrounded by green and beautiful trees.
The hotel make me even curious about the other locations.
Really get interested by the story of the founder / owner of this location.
For sure there is passion for Hospitality involved, with an unique stamp with art & classic elements through the location and high feeling for customer experience.
Staff of restaurant & house keeping was also very service minded and friendly, all working with positive pro-active attitude.
Dinner & breakfast was delicious with thanks to the kitchen team.
Appreciated the late check out as well the flexibility.
All together a complete experience with positive memory to a visit Aurangabad.
Really can recommand this location.
