Our family absolutely loved our stay at Botanik! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed the rooms were. The room was also incredibly spacious, which made our stay so comfortable for our family.

What really set Botanik apart were the amazing in-room amenities. Having a washer and dryer, microwave, and especially the clothes refresher was a game changer. The clothes refresher was easily our favorite feature—it kept our clothes fresh throughout our trip and made packing so much easier. It’s one of those little luxuries that made a huge difference.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt brand new. The combination of modern design, spacious accommodations, and incredibly convenient appliances made this one of our favorite hotels. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Botanik to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and memorable stay!

Cons:

The only minor issue we experienced was during busy taxi pickup times. The front entrance became quite congested with many guests waiting for taxis, making the area feel a bit chaotic. A more organized taxi queue or designated waiting area would help make arrivals and departures even smoother.

Great location. Super convenient. Very comfortable.
Pros:

Very convenient for Seoul sightseeing. Walkable to Myeongdong night market and next to subway with easy access to all points across the city. The family suite was comfortable for a 4 night stay with room to relax, a kitchenette and easy to use washer and dryer. Theres a well stocked 24 hour convenience store in the lobby and coffee shops next to the hotel. It’s also opposite the Cheonggyecheon (stream) which is perfect for an evening stroll. Daily housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean during our stay.

Cons:

The kitchen utensils are limited. We had what we needed but could have used more.
The only real downside is the view. We had a Namsam tower view but the buildings surrounding the hotel are undergoing reconstruction and unsightly so we didn’t use the balcony.

Pros:

Nice modern new hotel

Cons:

In the middle of the construction, not next to a main road , but close to subway line green, orange and purple. It’s very confusing every time when we get out of the hotel, if the hotel can make better/ more signs on the first floor guide us to the subway, that will be great.
