Die Lage, der Ausblick, das Design, das sehr nette Personal, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ein hervorragendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Mittagskarte. Nicht ausgewogen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist zudem nicht stimmig.
Die Sauna-Landschaft auf dem Rooftop ist merkwürdig konzipiert. Der Ruheraum ist eine Art Container und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Frühstück war ok
Wenngleich… die Frage nach frischem Spiegelei wurde beantwortet… gibt es beim buffet… ja, da lag ein Eierhaufen

Cons:

Die Freundlichkeit.
Im übrigen fehlte ein Spirit, eine Seele…
Kakteen als Blumendeko…
Hund wurde zwar berechnet- aber null beachtet, also kein Napf, leckerli oä.
Den Hinweis wollte niemand hören.

Und Sauna neben Bar- durch dünne Sträucher getrennt… naja..


Aber … die fehlende Seele hat das Hotel trotz schöner Umgebung und eigentlich gutem Konzept sehr austauschbar und unpersönlich gemacht.
Schade.

Pros:

Sehr schick, alles neu und sauber. Zimmer auch modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr übersichtlich, also nicht so eine große Auswahl wie wir es gewohnt sind. Ansonsten gute Brötchen und guten Kaffee, sowie sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal

Ideal für eine Übernachtung z.B. nach dem Konzertbesuch in Kloster Eberbach
Pros:

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse des Restaurants ist fantastisch und auch das Frühstück inklusive des Service war sehr gut. Insgesamt war das Personal von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist von außen nicht besonders ansprechend, ein massiver Eindruck von Beton, der auch durch die Holzstreben auf der Fassade nicht gemindert wird. Wir bekamen zwar ein "Upgrade", worüber wir uns zunächst gefreut haben, landeten aber in einem vergleichsweise sehr kleinen Zimmer mit schmalem Doppelbett, das offenbar sonst als Einzelzimmer vergeben wird (jedenfalls gab es nur ein Duschhandtuch).
