Schönes Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Pool. Zimmer sind sauber und schön, angenehmes Bett.
Superfreindliches Personal.
Strand ist in ca. 20 min zu Fuss gut erreichbar

Pros:

Of you just want to chill, the peacefulness of the resort is ok. But if you want action, go somewhere closer to Alona beach.

Cons:

A bit far from Alona beach. Resort policy is restrictive. Not allowing the guest to book their own choice of transportation pick up. We decided to walk to the road after being charged for 650 php for a car pick up for a 15 min ride to a resto. We only paid 219 php with Grab going back to the resort. I think the policy is too much of monopolizing the business. Also, not allowing the guests to bring in food that is bought from outside. What do you do if you have a left over from a resto?

I enjoyed the stay, the resort is quite new and still has some areas for improvement but with high potential
Pros:

Very nice bungalow, nice breakfast, staff were very responsive and helpful for solving minor issues, motorbike definitely recommended and can be rented via Hotel

Cons:

Very strict rules on bringing drinks and snacks, restaurant serves mostly western dishes with medium quality

Quiet and Spacious
Pros:

It is quiet on all sides.
The grounds are spacious, and the swimming pool is well maintained.

Cons:

It is in a secluded location. You have to go up about 400 meters from the main road, and there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The beach is also far away.
Wi-Fi is only available near the front desk. Because the property is large, it does not work in the rooms or by the swimming pool.

- FOOD SERVICES: we arrived one day late and we were offered late breakfast however when we went to breakfast, the waitress wasn’t well informed and she said that half of the menu is not available due to hours.

they have a weird menu system where half of the menu is unavailable during lunch (which is just mentioned by an alphanumeric code on the menu, maybe mention this to the guests beforehand or have the hours in the menu)

so there were only two items available on the breakfast menu out of maybe more than 10 which were very basic filipino dishes where you can easily get on a homestay for a much cheaper price. this went on every morning basically and we ended quiet annoyed and ended up never using this perk

the management was aware of the situation so they offered us a 1000 pesos voucher for dinner, again same thing happened and nothing I tried to order was available on the menu. I even specifically asked this time for anything unavailable which the waitress said that they have everything but when ordering she just kept apologizing with every item and said it was unavailable

WIFI: there was no wifi during our stay which they blamed on the weather but there was wifi anywhere else we went to on the island. we ended up using all our data and even though they offered us different wifis, those kept dropping and were unavailable at night as well

FIRE DRILL: whole hotel got woken up one night at 3am by the fire alarm cause there was a malfunction, scary and again, I felt like everything kept malfunctioning in this hotel

HOTEL ROOM: room was nice with a tv that didn’t have channels? and table lamps that were missing working light bulbs.

DEPOSIT: over a month in the Philipines, our stays spanned from basic homestays to 5 star hotels. none of them asked for a deposit.

저는 엄마와 휴가를 맞이하여 신중히 숙소를 고르다 이 곳을 발견했습니다.
처음에 가자마자 저희는 리조트 인테리어가 훌륭하여 몹시 흥분하고 기분이 들떴습니다.
그러나 그 곳에 머문지 하루가 지난 후 우리는 이 리조트의 허술함을 발견하였습니다.
몇가지 문제로 속상해하고 있었고 우리는 우연히 이곳의 매니저와 대화를 하게 됐습니다.
Meriam과 대화를 하자마자 우리의 속상한 마음은 바로 사라졌습니다. 그녀는 우리의 컴플레인을 몹시 진중히 들어주었고 그녀의 태도와 좋은 매너는 이 리조트의 이미지를 다시 좋게 바꾸었습니다.
그녀는 이 리조트의 새로운 매니저이며 이 장소가 개선될 수 있도록 최선을 다하고 있었습니다.
그녀의 프로 정신에 우리는 감동하고 남은 시간 잘 있게 됐습니다.
먼 훗날 다시 이 리조트를 방문하여 어떻게 변했는지 또 경험하고 싶습니다.
추가로 리조트 바로 앞 염소들이 몹시 귀엽고 리조트에서 바이크와 차를 쉽게 빠르게 렌트할 수 있어 편리했습니다.

Nice place, excellent pool
Pros:

The property is set in large grounds that are very well maintained and the swimming pool is large and very clean with lots of comfortable sun loungers and seating around the pool. And a pool snack bar.

There is plenty of private parking.
The private bungalows look to be a very high standard. We stayed in a pool side room which was modern, nice, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There is a bar area by the pool and they put a bottle of wine on each table for display purposes only. But when you ask for a glass of wine they say that is not possible. In addition to this not many of the cocktails on the menu were available either.
So I guess most people choose to eat out and the place felt soulless.
So in summary although it is priced as a resort (slightly higher than you would pay for a room in Panglao) it didn’t feel that you were getting the services you would at a resort.
