Close to airport, comfortable on the pocket and good property
Pros:

Was picked up late night around 0130am and immediately given the room. the staff was very cordial and helpful

The staff tried to be friendly

Cons:

The location did feel a bit isolated for me and I was on the ground floor and got no sleep due to the noise from reception all night long. Must be said, that to staff were friendly and the meal which was deliverd from a nearby restaurant was generous and tasty. It was a bit upsetting that the guys at reception said they could not help me with a refund on the additional room which I had paid for but cancelled 4 days before. Subsequently I was ignored by the Treebo group when I followed up on my refund request. After my last review, however, Sam, the owner of the property went above and beyond to ensure that the Treebo group refunded me. I was very grateful for all his care and effort. Thank you again Sam.

Excellent staff and property...Go for it .. budget friendly
Pros:

The staff is really very good and helping and Also the Owner Sam personally met us and greeted and even advised to best spots at Munnar to explore...So nice and friendly people .Food quality is awesome and value for money ....I recommend to explore this property it's good value for money and quite budget friendly.

The owner was so nice. They had airport shuttle service for a price. But the owner gave us a complimentary ride service
Pros:

The property has ample space in the front with mango trees to walk in the shade in the day time and also in the nights. Which gave my dad some space to walk in the evening.

Cons:

Even though breakfast included with our room would be preferable. There is a veg restaurant Saravana bavan 200mts from this location. So it wasn’t much of a hassle for us.

I will not go to any Treebo hotels in future
Pros:

The two young men at the counter - Abhiram and Ashiq - were helpful and very good.

Cons:

I reached the hotel at night, 9 pm, and faced a tough time locating the place. I roamed around with an experienced cab driver for one hour before locating it.
I am physically challenged. The hotel has no rooms or washrooms for physically challenged personnel.
