Firstly its fake, it is not a beach guesthouse...None was there for us to support

Overall value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast is nothing but a mini tiffin with limited variety which is okayish. No coffee or tea. Location is good.

Cons:

Only one 4 passenger lift available which is not sufficient if you stay at 2nd floor especially when the occupancy is more. Only 1.5 t window AC provided for a 5 bed room and beds which are farther from the AC didn't get proper cooling.

Good stay and if they can fix the breakfast timing, we did not take BF there as its was getting late

Good place to stay and very near to many site seeing spots and rooms are spacious and big and neat as well.

Cons:

Breakfast was late aroung 9.30am. which can be around 8am. as it will save time

Grote kamer, midden in het toeristisch centrum

Kamer heeft dringend eens een onderhoud nodig, nogal vuil, ook lakens waren niet echt proper. Ontvangst is ook niet echt professioneel.

Pros:

The room size was good. The location was convenient, easily at a walking distance to shops and beach.

Cons:

The front desk staff was rude. He asked for more than the price at which the place was booked. He was reluctant to give us the sea view room as booked, and we had to argue with him for that room. Finally he gave the room, but there was not sea at sight! The description provided in booking.com for the room is misleading.
