Property is good but location is a bit dusty due to ongoing construction nearby. Room was neat and clean, however quality of toiletries was average. Breakfast buffet was good, nothing exceptional though. A good stay overall

Excellent but be more clear to your customers
Pros:

Cafe house, breakfast and dinner all very nice

Cons:

They shd declare what's free what's not in various stuff they put in room. Heavily charges on small things..of minibar in the room.

I booked for 2 nights stay paid for 2 nights and walked out of the hotel in 1 hr because of the illogical rude arrogant
Pros:

Property was clean . But atmosphere and personal was not professionals to match the 5 star and brand of best western hotel
they were many learning apprentice on desk no answer to any logical question or requirement.

Cons:

I spoke to Mr Charles at booking.Com and i registered my complaint
I booked for 2 nights paid the money and walked out of the hotel and not stayed more than an hour . Front desk staff receptionist very dry rude and unprofessional behaviour which forced me leave the property and not to ruing my business trip .will never book this hotel or I recommend to anyone to stay there
