Second time in Indonesia on various islands and this is the best hotel (price quality) we have stayed in. Beds, pillows, room and the staff all great. Also the rooms are very quiet. No traffic or sounds from mosques, a rare thing in Indonesia. And a big thank you to Ruth who solved the only problem we had (A.C In first room) quickly and with no fuss. Thank you Ruth.

Une expérience vraiment unique et exceptionnelle ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme par toute l’équipe.
Nous sommes arrivés assez tôt et, malgré l’heure, le personnel a fait le nécessaire pour préparer notre chambre rapidement. Nous avons même pu l’avoir presque deux heures avant l’heure officielle du check-in, ce qui a été très apprécié après le voyage.
La chambre était impeccable, avec un lit et un matelas extrêmement confortables. Les équipements sont extraordinaires : tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable et confortable.
Le petit-déjeuner est également exceptionnel, avec un choix très riche et varié. C’est sans aucun doute l’une des meilleures expériences hôtelières que nous ayons eues.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil et son excellent service. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The hotel was amazing! They kindly prepared a “Happy Anniversary” welcome for us upon request and greeted us with delicious Gula Melaka cakes. Our room was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many varieties to choose from. We stayed here for 11 days, and our entire stay was wonderful from start to finish.
I highly recommend including breakfast with your hotel stay — it’s definitely worth it! ❤️
