A very good experience
Pros:

The front desk and the concierge were wonderful. We arrived very early and they helped to find a room and move in our bags while we were out in town. The rooms were very clean and the wifi was good. The breakfast was amazing. The complimentary chocolate hour in the afternoon was a lovely bonus.

Cons:

The room felt a little cramped; a niche for storing bags would have been useful. The bed was too soft for comfort. Is there an option for a harder bed? The location is not bad in terms of distance to the main attractions, but there is little in the near neighbourhood.

Heel mooi hotel met vriendelijke personeel en het ontbijt is uitstekend!
Pros:

Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid, van Aziatisch eten tot en met ijsjes, toetjes, cakes. Ze hebben ook brood, maar niet uitgebreid. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral in het restaurant. Je voelt je erg welkom. Buiten is het min of meer standaard Jakarta straatbeeld met eetkraampjes, eettentjes. Vanaf dit hotel kun je makkelijk lopen daar de grote moskee.

Très bel hôtel dans le centre de Jakarta - un havre de paix dans une ville agitée et tumultueuse. Valdy et toute l’équipe ont été extrêmement attentionnés rendant le séjour des plus agréables

Pros:

The room was nice and located on a higher floor, with a pleasant atmosphere. They also serve excellent coffee in the bar.

Cons:

Check-in takes ages and involves far too much bureaucracy. The staff could also be more relaxed and welcoming. Everyone was very formal and stiff, which made the atmosphere feel rather impersonal.
I was not impressed by the breakfast either. For the price, I find the hotel rather disappointing.

الاثاث رائع والموظفين جدا رائعين لكن النظافه كانت سيئة حرام فندق 5 نجوم وكذا

اول ما دخلت الغرفة استقبلني صرصور صغير وقلت يمكن اتوهم وكل شوي يطلع صرصور جديد للاسف خربت نومتي وحسيت بعدم الامان

Pros:

Good location. Easy/short walk to train station. Beautiful newer hotel with several restaurant options in or close by. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly with activities for children.
