The best choice for Chengdu
Pros:

Everything. The executive rooms are very comfortable. The location is really good - close to everything. The swimming pool is perfect for unwinding - there are also some smaller jacuzzi-type ones, which we enjoyed. The breakfast selection is great - a wide selection of western and asian dishes. The on site bar is very nice, we had dinner there 2 times. And all the staff is extremely nice - from reception, to the team on the 19th floor, everyone was just the best. Overall, the perfect choice, highly recommend, we will come back.

W Chinach byłam miesiąc - ze wszystkich 5 gwiazdkowych hoteli ten był najlepszy.
Pros:

Hotel jest wyjątkowy. Profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji, bardzo pomocna i życzliwa (żadne życzenie nie stanowiło dla nich problemu). Zatrzymałam się w apartamencie typu Executice Suite. Piękny, czysty, duży apartament (taki jak na zdjęciu). Wszystko jest idealne. Przepyszne śniadania (ogromny wybór -zarówno potraw lokalnych jak i z kuchni międzynarodowej). W swojej ofercie miałam jeszcze podwieczorek i kolacje (stół szwedzki z napojami alkoholowymi i bezalkoholowymi) - wszystko przepyszne, świeże. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Nie mam zastrzeżeń do hotelu - zasłużone 5 gwiazdek. Można w recepcji kupić misia pandę w ubraniu z logo Kempinski (bardzo dobry jakościowo miś i fajna pamiątka). Jeśli będę ponownie w Chengdu to na pewno wybiorę ten sam hotel.

Cons:

Wszystko mnie zachwyciło. Nie ma żadnej uwagi. Brakowało mi tylko informacji na Bookingu, że wymagany jest depozyt (może być gotówką lub blokada na karcie).
