Avevo espressamente prenotato in struttura per l’aria condizionata.
Ho anche chiamato chiedendo conferma e mi hanno confermato.
Al rientro notturno, in reception sapevano palesemente l’aria condizionata non funzionasse. Tanto che erano provvisti di un ventilatore pronto.
Cioè se si vede in faccia che sei a conoscenza che l’aria condizionata non funziona. Almeno non fare la sceneggiatina.

La posizione e il personale gentile.
Hotel molto vintage sia nelle aree comuni in stile ruggenti anni '80 che nelle camere, la nostra camera dalle dimensioni dovrebbe essere utilizzata come ripostiglio invece miracolosamente viene venduta come stanza tripla. Bagno senza finestra e senza ventola (unica cosa positiva la doccia spaziosa), letto a castello stile Renato Pozzetto nel ragazzo di campagna e letto matrimoniale con materassi da casa circondariale che si separano e cadi in mezzo; tocco finale, doppia finestra con vista panoramica: una su un cavedio con fuori tutto lercio (pacchetti di sigarette, resti umani, piccioni morti) e l'altra con vista su tubazioni delle cucine fumanti, stile Blade Runner. Climatizzatore marca Sahara che fa vento ma non raffredda. Prezzo completamente fuori luogo ma probabilmente influenzato dal Kappa Festival, unica ragione plausibile per dormire in questo hotel a quel prezzo piuttosto che gratis su una panchina ai giardinetti.
I had a wonderful stay at Royal Hotel Torino for two nights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. Thank you for your great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
The location near the event but a bit far from old town
Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, sia alla reception ma anche le cameriere ai piani.
La struttura non è assolutamente adeguata per il prezzo pagato che però penso fosse un po più alto rispetto alla media essendo il weekend del Kappa Futur Festival ma non è comunque da 4 stelle. Inoltre sabato mattina tutta la struttura era senza acqua quindi siamo andati via senza nemmeno poterci lavare i denti.

Aucune réponse aux emails demandant s'il y avait de la place pour un grand véhicule, chambre sale, climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas et pas d'eau le dimanche. Inacceptable.
