Rien à part le personnel très gentil
L’emplacement, l’hôtel très vieux , clim qui ne marche pas, tout est vieillot, la salle de p dej au sous sol sans fenêtres, toutes les portes qui grincent , la mauvaise insonorisation, tout est défraîchi , rien en dehors , excentre par rapport au centre de la ville
The room was nice, fresh, clean, something to enjoy.
I took breakfast only the last day, was pretty nice and enjoyable.
The bathroom was clean, tidy, looks that they put effort on keeping it well which is very appreciated.
The room there was an issue, none of the energy plugs was working except the one where was the TV connected with a multiple.
The bathroom issue with the shower had this issue with the showering head that looked like was going to fall if you move it.
The hotel was clean and bright and provided an excellent breakfast. The room was large. A well equipped fitness room exists within the building. The staff were helpful and friendly. The old city is accessed by a 40 minute walk or following a ride on tram 16.
Water in the shower was only like warm. On site car parking was offered at €22 per night. We parked in the street each night across the road from the hotel and left it there during the day without cost. Use of gym equipment was appreciated but it would be so much better if the machines were fully functional. The immediate locality of the hotel could be cleaner.
The staff was so kind and helpful, the night guard who checked us in at 2:30 am was so kind to us after a long day of traveling. He gave us water on the house and was so sweet. The hotel itself looks like it is frozen in time, it looks vintage and like nothing has changed since the 60s which I thought was super cool. The rooms were pretty clean, the cleaning staff were very kind as well. The location is near a tram stop, but the able bodied are able to take a stroll to the center in about 25 minutes, and in walking distance from the FlixBus station.
The location was ok, the surrounding area and more north was a bit dirty and felt sketchy compared to the south of the city and center, but we had no issues with strangers outside, even at 2 am. The rooms were a bit hot, probably because the air conditioning was old, but we had no problem since it was cooler outside. The duvet was also in a weird sandwich with the covers, and kept slipping out, so idk how hygienic that is, but overall it was very clean and comfortable.

Stuttura datata con stanza con arredamento modesto, impianto di condizionamento non funzionante, rumori esterni dovuti a finestra aperta per il caldo, colazione non all'aspettativa di un albergo dichiarato 4 stelle con etichetta michelin anno 2016 all'ingresso non confermata su internet. Sul loro sito si definiscono "4 stelle elegante e moderno". Anche le foto non corrispondono aallo stato attuale.
