Nice hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

Lady at reception when we arrived was so helpful. Spoke excellent English.
Very good quality varied breakfast options. Staff very professional.

Cons:

On a main road so some traffic noise but on the flip side near tram stop for connectivity.
