Not good...
Pros:

The lunch was good value and well priced, location great and staff lovely

Cons:

This hotel is in dire need of some renovations. I was only there for 1 night for a function but it needs serious attention. You cannot charge what you do for old filthy rooms, beds, mattresses, old cushions and a thin comforters from years back. The people, food and staff was great and you can feel its meant to be a special place for a get together but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired... OLD and let down

Give Wayne the reception a promotion and if you need to stay there please ask for him only
Pros:

Absolutely loved the stay not because of the accommodation but the trusted and supportive help of the night shift reception Wayne.
He was efficient and friendly throughout our stay and made the booking a breeze

Cons:

The restaurant- I ordered a Stella draught and I get a castle draught - then the bar men had the nerve to tell me that it's a castle when that was my only drink. Not sure if because I'm black but hey - it is what it is.

Managers there also looked at our table funny which I didn't appreciate not once they checked on us if we okay

Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

Was not allowed to get a takeaway in the morning. Apparently I was supposed to have booked it the previous night, but no one brought that to my attention, so I did not have breakfast that i paid for.

Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

People had access to my room. The shower door was inadequate and so the water got onto the floor. The mattrasses was old and there was not enough bathtowels. There were not stoppers on the curtains. The first room we had the toilet door was broken and the closet door in room 102 was broken as well.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Rooms clean. Parking in front of room. Within walking distance of restaurant and reception. Not within the city centre and the petrolpumps are just outside the gate of the property.

Cons:

I was not informed if there was any free wi-fi available.

Pros:

Breakfast good. Location was safe and near where I needed to be.

Besides issues that I have listed. The stay would have been perfect
Pros:

The location and view was excellent. I am not sure about the breakfast because I arrived late. Maybe most of the food was finished

Cons:

The room was not tidy. There were paint stains all over the floor and the bedding was dull. The sheets were old. The color white was faded away
