ביכלל לא!!!! אין מה ליבחור, גם אבור כסף, גם לחקות הרבה זמן... זה לא חיתה חבייה של חופש.

אין טלפון בחדר..זמן יציעה מי החדר ביום אחורון ב 12:00. ?ב9:00 כבר ביטלו לנו מבתפון שלנו. איזו שרות זה

Nice place to stay to visit and explore Haifa.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, next to Metronit. 2 malls and a supermarket are nearby. The staff is ready to help and worry about each and every small detail.

ג'וני מהקבלה עשה מאמצים רבים לתת לנו הרגשה שיש כתובת לכל שאלה. היה נגיש ואדיב. שהינו במלון עקב השתתפות באירוע שהתקיים במרכז הקונגרסים , והמלון נמצא ממש קרוב במרחק של כ10 דקות הליכה. שודרגנו לחדר עם מרפסת ללא עלות. בנוסף ניתן לציין כחיובי את החדר וכן את חדר המקלחת שהיו מרווחים. אהבנו גם את האפשרות לחנות בסמוך בחינם , שזה יתרון עצום.

Cons:

המלון אינו מגיש ארוחת בוקר , אלא מספק שובר לארוחה במקום סמוך (המלון ממוקם בקומה הראשונה של קניון קסטרא). אם רוצים לעשות צ'ק אאוט לפני השעה שמונה , עדיף להזמין מראש חדר ללא ארוחת בוקר , כפי שעשינו , לאחר שהתברר לנו הסידור הזה. (ביטלנו חדר עם ארוחת בוקר ושינינו לחדר ללא ארוחה). אפשר לומר שביחס לסוג החדר , מחיר השהייה היה גבוה. דבר נוסף שטעון שיפור הוא ניקיון חדר המקלחת ותחזוקתו ובנוסף נראה שקומקום עם אמצעים להכנת שתייה חמה היה משפר את ההרגשה. בחדר יש רק מכונת קפה בקפסולות.

The staff was great, friendly, responsive & very helpful. Also, the location is perfect, close to the mall, the sea & MATAM area (for someone who's visiting for business). The room & bathroom were very spacious, the design was nice.

Cons:

The cleanliness of corridors outside of the room is something that might be improved. The carpets were stained, for this price I would expect it to be more clean. Also, the room's furniture is somewhat minimalistic, like not very comfortable tables around the bed

מלון עסקים מעולה! נחזור בשמחה.
Pros:

אהבנו את המיקום האסטרטגי. בתוך מתחם קסטרא, קרוב למסעדות מעולות, וכן יש סופרמרקט גדול באותו בניין. חנייה נוחה ומוצלת. הכול היה קרוב במרחק הליכה. המקום היה נקי, הצוות מסביר פנים ונכון לעזור. ביקשנו מגהץ ושולחן גיהוץ ודאגו לספק לנו אותו. ארוחת הבוקר בבית קפה ממול הייתה מעולה, טעימה ומלאת כל טוב.
קניון עזריאלי במרחק הליכה.

Cons:

היה מעט קשה למצוא את הכניסה למלון. את ארוחת הבוקר מקבלים בבית קפה ממול באמצעות שובר מבית המלון, היה נחמד אם היו פותחים מוקדם יותר מ 7:30 וכן הפריע שלא עבדו בשבת. המגהץ והשולחן היו מעט ישינים ולא היה במצב הכי טוב.
