Local excelente, equipe eficiente e solicita, area verde bem cuidado no redor, pracinha para crianças. Ambiente com bom espaço

Cons:

Não consegui prorrogar estadia no mesmo quarto. Para comprar item precisava fazer cadastro na plataforma DINGO e tirar foto do documento, como não tinha na hora não comprei o item.

Cons:

Nosso quarto foi bem na entrada do hotel e minha esposa tem insônia pesada. Tentamos outro quarto e não foi possível. O barulho do entra e sai de hóspedes e funcionários dificultou muito o descanso. Penso que todos os hóspedes precisam saber que é um quarto encostado na recepção. A porta fica quase que na porta da entrada. Chega quase a encostar. E isso não é avisado. Então aqui estou eu para avisar a todos e todas!

Cons:

Elevador estragado e também a porta de entrada que tinha que ser aberta de forma manual, mas nada que não possa ser concertado.
Sobre a limpeza, gostaria de fazer uma observação que caiu uma corrente do meu pescoço atrás do sofá, quando arrastei para pegar, não estava limpo.
Sugiro atenção para arredar os móveis para limpeza.
