Parking at this hotel is for 25 € per night available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 2 m and offers no e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception.
By train: Our hotel is roughly a 20-minute walk away from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, the city's main train station. Alternatively, you can hop on the local S-Bahn (an S3 train or and S31 train) towards Neugraben and get off at the Hammerbrook (City Sued) stop. From there, our hotel is less than a five-minute walk away. By car: On the A7, take exit 37 (Dreieck Horster) towards A1 (Lubeck/Berlin/Hamburg). Use the left lane to join the A255 to the HH-Centrum/HH-Veddel/HH-Georgswerder/B4/B75. Take a slight left onto the B4 and continue until you can turn right Suderstrasse. Continue for roughly 700m and then turn left onto Hammerbrookstrasse. Our hotel will be on your right.

Tesis konum olarak iyi bir noktada yürüyerek alster gölüne 15-20 dk uzaklıktaydi. Araba ile merkeze 15 dk uzakliktaydi. Biz tek gece konakladk fiyat performans olarak iyiydi.

Cons:

Tek gece konakladigimiz için mi bilemiyorum ama terlik dis macunu vs hiçbir şey yoktu. İstedik ve bize otelde bulundamadigini soylediler.Tek gece de sıkıntı olmaz ama uzun süreli konaklamalar için üzücü olur.

Das Frühstück und das sehr nette Personal.

Cons:

Wir reisten als Familie nach Hamburg und erhielten ein Familienzimmer, das grundsätzlich den Bildern auf der Website entsprach – auch wenn diese natürlich mit einem Weitwinkelobjektiv aufgenommen wurden.

Unser erstes Zimmer mussten wir jedoch sofort tauschen, da die Sauberkeit völlig unzureichend war. Pizzareste, Nagellackflecken und sogar eine Bierflasche sollten nach einer Zimmerreinigung definitiv nicht mehr vorhanden sein.

Das zweite Zimmer konnten wir zwar schnell beziehen, allerdings merkt man deutlich, dass in die Instandhaltung nur wenig investiert wird. Die Tapete löst sich an mehreren Stellen, die Wände sind von zahlreichen schwarzen Schmutzstreifen gezeichnet und besonders störend war die Klimaanlage bzw. der Bereich des Abwasserschachts. Offenbar verläuft dort ein Fallrohr, sodass es sich regelmäßig anhört, als würde direkt neben dem Bett lautstark Wasser ausgeschüttet. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch nur eingeschränkt zu denken.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie das gute Frühstück. Diese beiden Punkte konnten den insgesamt eher enttäuschenden Eindruck des Hotels leider nur teilweise ausgleichen.

It’s a Premier Inn. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast decent

Cons:

Location terrible. Horrible part of town. Thank god there was a train station. You really wouldn’t want to hang around here.

Modest low budget hotel

Cons:

Lousy service, did complain about default washing basin but nothing happened. I asked for a quiet room and then it turned out that there was a private party with an incredible amount of noise. Then we were moved to another room close to the subway so too much noise to sleep with an open window,. Despite airco room was very hot.
Also the location is quite far from all the interesting places in an not very appealing location.
