Pros:

Es ist fußläufig die Innenstadt zu erreichen, ca. 20 Minuten. Parken kann man in der Gegend kostenlos am Straßenrand. Der Preis war in Ordnung für die Lage (Genius Level 3). Weiß aber nicht ob er schwankt. Es ist ein solides Hotel.

Die Lage von S-Bahn

Cons:

Obwohl ich EXPLIZIT zwei Bettzimmer gebucht habe (mit Buchungsnachweis) hat man mir an der Rezeption versucht zu erklären ich hätte ein doppellbett gebucht und es wäre nicht möglich zu dem Zeitpunkt der Anreise (ca. 20 Uhr Abends) es zu ändern. Allerdings am nächsten Morgen um 7:00 (eine Andere Rezeptionistin) hat dann problemlos das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ausgetauscht, was dann folglich an eine Desinformation denken lässt - das Zimmer war so wie ich es verstehe auch Abends verfügbar.

In Ordnung für einen kurzen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man bei einer S-Bahn-Haltestelle. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zimmer sehen teilweise etwas verwohnt aus.

Ganz gut, aber es gibt noch Verbesserungspotenzial.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, sehr nah am Zentrum. Sowohl S-Bahn als auch U-Bahn sind in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war gut, es war von allem genug da. Ich habe zum ersten Mal saubere Wassergläser auf den Reinigungswagen des Zimmerpersonals gesehen. Das bedeutet, dass sie in der Küche und nicht im Badezimmer des Hotelzimmers gespült werden.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es im Dreibettzimmer keinen Kühlschrank gab, ebenso fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine (es gab nur einen Wasserkocher und löslichen Kaffee), und der Föhn funktionierte schlecht. Im Badezimmer gab es einen anhaltenden Schimmelgeruch. Wenn man am Wochenende um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, kann es sein, dass nicht genug Plätze frei sind. Die Gäste mussten in der Lobby und sogar an der Bar frühstücken.
