Pros:

Cleanliness room is fine. Staff is very helpful and nice. wi-fi is good. Breakfast is okaybut they need to keep more variety like continental food and other food than south indian, they have idli-wada south indian every day ?? Hotel address is confusing , there are so many hotels with name Magnus

For everything they charge early check Inn also if the room is Avilable also they charged if nd one of my family frnd came as a guest hardly not even for 15 mins when I have gave a entry name of another person he said wr charge for Guest coming for 5 mins and if we order the food also they immediate take from customer in advance wr pay for 3 days that's fine they can't even trust the customer I have travelled many cities but this rude behavior I didn't saw anywhere nd I request all the customer to not book this hotel very bad experience for one Guest it seems they charge 1500+ taxes they fool us literally

I booked room with 1 queen bed and a single bed but at the time of arrival they didn’t provide single bed and instead gave a mattress which is not correct.

Only location was good as it was at center of kalyani nagar and connectivity was convenient

Service.

1st - being new hotel exhaust wasn't working , change room was offer still the other room exhaust was not working
2nd we adjusted to come back to same room as we had used it and shouldn't be inconvenience for hotel but again hot water has an issue as it takes over 15 min to boil and it isn't hot. This came to engineer notice he says it's not so I asked him if this is hot then what is cold.

Important new hotel and so many issues. Not trustworthy.

Hotel staff is quite rude--- it's a customer service business please hold a smile to service customers.

Being most popular hotel in kalyani nagar as magnus has multiple different name hotels and goes full for business and leisure purpose, I have been using it a year back and had stopped because at time people forget service "you grow because of us who are customers" and service is what you should be giving at best and not obligated too which magnus hotel group is showing. To be honest big people have seen fall back and it's not far for magnus if they continue with same service.

Unprofessional Pathetic Staff and Booking experience

Cons:

Staff was rude. I had received an email confirmation from them on pets not being chargeable but they refused to acknowledge that and spoke rudely to ask for more money. Pathetic unprofessional behaviour. Despite showing proof they refused to acknowledge it.
