Our All Inclusive Breaks include a 3 Course Dinner (£35.00 Food Allowance per adult for your Evening Meal), Full English Breakfast, Overnight Stay, a Soup & Sandwich Lunch between 1.00pm and 3.00pm PLUS Unlimited Drinks from 1pm to 11pm per person: choose from House wine, draught beers, branded spirits (served in single measure and with a mixer only) and soft drinks served at the Resident’s Bar. One glass per person, per order. Any drinks purchased outside of these times are payable at the bar. Valid at the Resident’s Bar only. Spirits are served in single measure and with a mixer only.

Hotel slowly upgrading rooms. Our room was a bit tired and bathroom needs updating but this was reflected in the price we paid
The breakfast was good and the overall outside look of the hotel was good
The bed squeaked; the bathroom needs updating; we had problems getting milk for our refreshments; the shaver light didn't work; the toilet seat was loose; no USB plugs.
Staff were really helpful. The room was clean and had the necessary items you need in a hotel room. Also, there was a EV charging port which I used to charge my vehicle overnight.
The room we had weren’t soundproof.
The breakfast was good and the hotel well-located for quick access to Warrington and Wides. Liverpool and Manchester are both within 30-40 minutes by car and I drove to both cities during my stay.
Room was fine although bed became a little uncomfortable after the first night - the mattress was too soft and the springs started squeaking. The decor was a little tired and there was only one usable plug, plus no flexibility on lights - they were either all on or all off.

Bed too soft, all lights in bedroom operated by one switch so either all on or all off which was very inconvenient. Despite asking the room was not serviced at all during our 4 night stay. Bins were not emptied, cups and glasses not washed up, bed not made, floor not hoovered - very odd..
We stayed before and after our flight from Liverpool Airport. Hotel included parking and worked out to be a great price with the two weeks parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and dinner was nice in the restaurant too.
The weather was nice and the outdoor seating area was a good addition for having drinks outdoors.
The rooms were quite warm but rarely in the UK is air con needed - we just stayed during a heatwave!
The staff friendliness was good. Easy check in and out.
The pressure of the shower was quite lacking. Also no air conditioned room. There was some hairs on the duvet surface which we had to pick off.

The fact that the toilet kept flushing. Also, there was a large buzzing like some sort of wasps nest that sounded like it was directly outside of the window, later followed by constant frog croaking noises.
