Breakfast lovely staff friendly

Cons:

Very dated, not very clean bathroom was very run down. Bath broken was very worn. With a weak and sunken spot near plug.

Faulty towers

We booked a room for a one of our driver .
Unfortunately when he went opening a window to let a bit fresh air the window frame fell out when he reported it to the a staff member they got someone to fix it back in with a board and wasn’t offered a different room. He then tried to put on the heating due to big gap in the window but that didn’t work either and was left with a little heater and we cold most of the night.

Perfection
Pros:

I’m a hotel snob, so was a bit off put by the 3stars it has. We stayed one night 28 March 2026,

I can’t recommend this hotel enough, it’s clean, staff amazing, food was gorgeous, I had the belly pork and asked for it to be burnt, it was done to my perfection, our room was clean and bright and the bed was so comfortable we both had a brilliant sleep and didn’t wake up with a bad back and slept all night.

Everything about it was spot on

The Everglades has a high quality finish with a home from home service, I will stay here again.
Pros:

Quality of the food, exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Breakfast was on for long enough. Teas and coffee were easily replaced being available at reception desk.

Cons:

Nothing during my stay and other guests seemed happy.
