Two breakfasts served without eggs. Waited to be seated for breakfast. Appeared short staffed.
Quality of the food, exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Breakfast was on for long enough. Teas and coffee were easily replaced being available at reception desk.
Nothing during my stay and other guests seemed happy.

Room was good size , bed and bedding where comfortable. The room wasn't to hot .was able to press my clothes with the facilities in room. We booked in for breakfast and evening meal . Good value and size portions for money . Second time staying here and both times, i was happy with what everglades had to offer . Ample parking outside Would recommend.

The room was dated in this day and age most people have electronic devices 3 plugs in room one has t.v one has kettle one free and no where near the bed you need a 4m charge lead
