The pool is really nice, the staff are lovely, the bed was good.
The little things, no bin in the room, the bathroom is old, the place could do with a paint job, change carpets, change front door of the room, complete upgrade of bathroom, the vinyl on cabinets are peeling in areas.
It was great value and the staff were beautiful.
The beds weren’t great and there needed to be extra pillows in the room.
Wonderful location
Bed was a bit small
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, especially Kasja who was extremely lovely.
Location was good, close to everything we wanted to do.
The pillows were hard and really uncomfortable.
Only two normal teabags in our room for a two night stay.
Very comfortable bed. Clean comfortable close to cbd and train
No freezer in refrigerator, no microwave in room, very slow lift.
Everything
Location was good and staff were great.
Quite a small room for x4 people. No view and smelt musty.
location was good, bed blanket is very thin, always feel cold, second time i've stayed here same experience. mattress is fine.
The cups for tea are always tiny, and some recommendation for alternative parking would of been good, as there was King George Square Car Park, which is just across the road and cheaper than your car park ( which is cramped, limited carspots or none when returning late, $55 upfront per night, and charged multiple time when leaving or entering, very annoying speaking to someone overseas on telcom device, who just says you must pay more or doesn't answer at all. This is why this time I looked for alternative parking at ( King George Square Car Park) which was a breeze, $15 all day, or $20 per night over night secure (underground, clean, cameras with lift access) and walking distance to the hotel.
Easy to find good location- room was upgraded
