Lovel clean hotel, nice staff not great facilities NO Pool. If you are looking for a hotel to arrive in that u can relax
Pros:

Rooms very clean, bed very comfortable Breakfast was good.
Quiet location at night for a good nights sleep.

Cons:

No pool indoors or out, (If you see that they have a rooftop pool and book for this reason you will be disappointed when you arrive as you will be told it’s for permanent residence only).

I’m glad I wasn’t staying in the middle of summer, and did not have Children as it’s quite a distance walk to the beachfront, to expect them to walk every day.
No proper Restaurant for an evening meal, food is served 24 hrs, and is quite expensive I feel, u are expected to eat in the reception area where people are checking in and out,or bring food to your room to eat there. Restaurant is used for breakfast only!
A lot of the rooms have very sml windows with not great views, can feel quite cramped.
There is no seated area outside to sit and relax.

Modern look and feel. It includes breakfast (pretty much size buffett breakfast)
Not in downtown or oldtown, but not too far from downtown. 1.5 miles; and away from all the noisy actions.

Cons:

A bit on the small side, easily get confused with the hiltons in Malaga, since most Taxi drivers don't speak English. The internet is slow.

Pros:

The selection of fruits and vegetables + pastries was good. Staff were at hand to answer any questions and attend to any queries. Variety of food was alright and was grateful for the thoughtfulness of offering a local pastry as part of the Easter treat.
It was good to have a room card that only allowed you to go to the floor where your room was located and that felt safer and secured. The bathroom was big and generous and lovely hot water both days. Complementary water on a hot day was a welcome gift. Iron box and fridge in the room was great. Beds was comfortable, TV was easy to use.

Cons:

The room was a bit squashed for two of us. I didn't like the carpet in the room. It was dirty/old. It didn't add any aesthetics to the room and just wished that it wasn't there. I had a concern that I shared with the staff and they investigated and came back to me with their findings before we checked out.

Reservamos una plaza de parking dos semanas antes de acudir y nos dijeron que no había problema, resulta que al llegar la plaza que nos dieron no estaba en el piso asignado a su hotel (-2) sino en otro (-1) y para acceder al hotel desde esa planta teníamos que bajar al -2 por el propio parking, porque no sé puede usar el ascensor ni acceder sin la tarjeta del hotel asignado a ese piso. Adicionalmente, nos dijeron el número de plaza sin avisarnos dónde debíamos buscar la ubicación del número y por donde más o menos se situaba dicha plaza. El parking tenía 300 plazas más o menos en ese planta.

Sobre la habitación, no está mal, pero no tiene armario ni ropero, sólo 3-4 perchas colgadas. El minibar no existe como tal, tienes la nevera vacía en la habitación y si quieres algo debes pedirlo.

A la mañana siguiente, teníamos el cartel de "no molestar" en la puerta colgado y, aún así, intentaron entrar en la habitación (menos mal que echamos el pestillo).

El desayuno buffet no tiene gran variedad, pero no está mal.

La habitación es pequeña sin armario, cuándo estás más de dos días lo notas y la cama muy grande pero muy vasta junto a las almohadas que se hunde la cabeza.
