Great choice for a stay in Pune, the lovely staff is very accommodating and the best feature there!
Pros:

The staff was the best feature of the hotel. Everybody is so nice and welcoming, you should give all the people a raise, because in all my travels I never saw such a nice team.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit slow sometimes and difficult to connect to.

Dirty carpet in the hallway. Very depressing feeling. As soon as you open the curtains, slums and garbage all around. Surroundings were very depressing.

Staff service was excellent from Reception to Room Service. Mr.Amol, Duty Manager was very accommodating for every request.
