Pros:

Rooms are clean and have pretty new furniture. The price, however, is above the average for the area.

Cons:

I tried to exchange Euros to Rupees, but the guy at the desk made a mess. He changed the rate several times, and the price increased each time. I had the feeling I was being scammed.
In general, all the staff is young and seem not to be well trained. There was no room service menu in the room, and calling the desk from the room was an adventure.
Every day something was missing in my room: toilet paper, towels, slippers…

The check-in/out desk is a total mess. People don’t respect the line, they talk loudly on their phones, and it’s just chaos. And the young staff is not able to enforce basic rules or common courtesy.

Geweldige kamer met grote douche. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Goed rooftop restaurant, geweldige locatie. Ook genoten van een massage

Great choice for a stay in Pune, the lovely staff is very accommodating and the best feature there!
Pros:

The staff was the best feature of the hotel. Everybody is so nice and welcoming, you should give all the people a raise, because in all my travels I never saw such a nice team.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit slow sometimes and difficult to connect to.

Dirty carpet in the hallway. Very depressing feeling. As soon as you open the curtains, slums and garbage all around. Surroundings were very depressing.
