Pros:

We was a group booking, the host gave one of our apartment away as we got there one day late and assumed we wasn’t coming, due to delay flight so had to stay in a different hotel till the next day.

We was there only for a week and was told to change room 3 times cause they needed the room for someone else, it was such a hassle as we
Had kids. The last time they told me to change rooms I refused to change and they threatened to check me out early if I didn’t do so. Then when I got back to my room I realised the host let themselves in, packing up my stuff so I could move to another room. Bare in mind I have moved twice already!
After all the hassle i agreed to move as I had kids n didn’t want to be split up With the other 2 groups. While I unpacked my clothes again I notice one of my present I brought as a gift broke. They told me
They was going to pay for it which they didn’t.


My toilet got blocked and got told I had to pay for
someone to come out to unblock it.


Couldn’t use the swimming pool as I had to call host if I wanna use it and they was never free. Was told it had to be after 1pm. We only used the pool twice during our stay.

We had one key card for 6 ppl to use which was also a hassle.

I wouldn’t recommend or come bk here the host don’t care all they care about is money.

일반 호텔과 달라 체크인에 어려움이 많았고 호스트와 소통은 아주 힘들었음. 특히 자동문은 상태가 나빠 매일 아침 외출 시 15~30분을 문닫는데 허비했음. 베터리가 약한 듯 해서 교체 요구했는데 들어주지 않았음. 만약 베터리 문제가 아니면 자동문을 반드시 수리해야 하는데 실행이 될 지는 미지수임. 머그컵도 준비되어 있지 않아 요구 했는데 들어주지 않았고 내내 보울에 내려 마셔야 했음. 같은 비용으로 얼마든지 인근의 좋은 호텔에 숙박할 수 있으니 절재 권하고 싶지 않은 숙소임.
