Mit den Bussen war es laut und die Abgase eine Belastung.Vorschlag,vor der Abfahrt sollten sie auf dem Parkplatz parken,wo auch der Motor und die Klimaanlage laufen kann.

Vi är helnöjda med vår vistelse på Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel i Naklua. Det är ett otroligt trevligt hotell där man verkligen känner sig välkommen från första stund. Personalen över hela hotellet är fantastisk, glada och hjälpsamma.
Rummen är fräscha och rymliga med god städning, och sängarna är mycket sköna vilket garanterade god sömn. Det är tyst och lugnt på nätterna, perfekt för återhämtning. Missa inte frukosten, som är mycket varierad och bra med något för alla smaker. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell varmt och kommer gärna tillbaka! // G & U Lagergren

Terrible hotel and unreliable reception，No WiFi
No slippery or tooth brush，tiny bed，
And it's a hotel with price of 2200 bhat.
Why both come to Pattaya
Stay in Bangkok will be way more better.

Location is good. Stayed last year as well but it will be the last time...

Cons:

This hotel managed not to make up the room twice, even after we complained (2 rooms), they managed again not to make up the rooms the next day, not to change the towels in 1 room, no make up of the beds, obviously there is a serious problem in the housekeeping. Staff speaks very poor or no English at all. Breakfast is pure Asian style which fits their clients (98% are loud Chinese).

Pros:

Friendly Staff
Economical

Cons:

Difficult to communicate as nobody speaks English.
No room service even though it says room service available
No coffee or tea available in rooms.
Pretty noisy at nights, couldn't get a goodnight sleep.
Below average breakfast.

Location was not too far from the city

Cons:

The pictures and the facilities shown while booking is the hotel is completely change A/C is only available in room not in the corridor and Swimming pool was not clean and room service also not good. Staff at the reception they don't understand English which is very difficult to explain anything. Worst thing was wifi connection the internet was disconnecting again and again and when we explain to the reception the response was not good. Breakfast was also not good fruits only two type watermelon and pineapple other than that other things were also not good.
Spoiled my trip.

i liked the size of the room and the balcony

Cons:

the bathroom walls weren’t clean, it looked it they havent scrubbed it for weeks. the toilet bowl looked old, and the crevices of the tiles around the bathtub needed some deep cleaning too.
