When they put their price of the hotel room online, when you get there, they will show you another price, which means they are scam because they know once you arrive at the hotel you have no choice than to pay the price they tell you

They're not fit to advertise on booking.com, they'll make people stop using booking.com.

The behaviour was a mess.The requested for extra money for my booking.that booking.com do not service their property for them.That they're to decide how much they'll charge for room.

Good hotel with awesome aesthetics and has potential to be better
Pros:

Location, aesthetics, the room size and layout, the manager's professionalism and proactiveness.
I also like the international interior design makeover that gives the hotel a modernised makeover aesthetically.
The best was very comfortable.

Cons:

Front desk staff's approach to solving issues and wrongfully applying resolution to issues. They can be better and know when to escalate for better customer experience.
The bathroom tiles are slippery, something should be done about it and floor towels or slippers should be provided to minimise the risk of accidents.

Pros:

The manager, the woman is so caring and sweet , she wants to make sure you are comfortable . I like the dark receptionist dude , he his accommodating and resilient .
I like that the property is by the road , its a cool place

Cons:

Sincerely it’s a cool property , I just don’t like that I needed to keep calling for towel plus the Tv wasn’t really vivid plus their alcohol is 3 times expensive than the normal price in the market

My stay was home away from home.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is very accessible and no smoking policy is well enforced. Also, the staff are well behaved. I was called back to pick a hand bag we mistakenly left behind in the room.

Cons:

WiFi server is intermittent.
