Ne-a plăcut foarte mult tot, singurul aspect de menționat a fost faptul că în balcon e foarte frig iarna (noi am fost între Crăciun și Revelion), lucru care ne-a limitat să petrecem mult timp admirând peisajul, cand doream să ne savuram cafeaua dumneata in balcon, sau noaptea sa privim munții și luminițele orașului.
De luat în calcul pentru perioadele reci, în balcon trebuie sa stăm foarte bine îmbrăcați.
Cu siguranță primăvara și vara este complet diferita situația, iar balconul este binevenit pentru aer curat și peisaj superb.

Unul din geamuri nu avea perdea/draperie si pe timpul noptii, lumina becurilor de afara era deranjanta.

We liked everything overall. The only advice I would give to future guests: if you’re coming by car, try not to park on Strada Tiberiu Spârchez 43. There are some unpleasant neighbors there — around 10 p.m., when we had already gone to bed, a woman came shouting and banging on doors, which scared our child. Luckily, it was Halloween 🎃, so we took it with humor. Many thanks again to the host, who immediately reached out and explained that they just wanted to park in front of their house, even though we didn’t block anyone or see any parking restrictions.

1. After a morning trip by car, I returned to the location and the free parking near the bus station was full. I parked on the road in front of the house from number 41 and went to eat. After eating I decided to go for a bike trip but after just 2 minutes I received a phone call from the house owner that he blocked my car and "he will create problems if I don't come fast to move the car". Moving my car was not a problem for me and in 2 minutes I was back at the car and ready to move it but also the madam from house nr 41 decided to scold me for parking in front of her window/house. My polite attitude and excuses for any inconvenience didn't calm them as their tone remained condescending. This ruined my vibe and made me wonder what could have happened if I was on a mountain trail with no possibility for a fast return. My advice for future tourists is to avoid parking on the road near house from nr 41 in order to enjoy their hiking.

2. Booking receip showed me I paid city tax but at the location I found a sign/notice about the need of paying the Salvamont tax. 3 RON per person is no problem but I decided to check if I'm double taxed. Not sure even know if there are different taxes or not, as host couldn't say for what kind of "city tax" did Booking charged me. Description on Booking receipt also not clear. In conclusion, be prepared to pay localy Salvamont tax.
