Prima locatie, maar gedateerd hotel met weinig flexibiliteit. Kleine kamers.
Pros:

Locatie van het hotel was goed, direct aan de piste en de skiverhuur zit onder het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel in het hotel en de skiverhuur.

Cons:

Het hotel is gedateerd en de kamers zijn klein met een laag en in ons geval een schuin plafond. Zowel in de kamer als badkamer. Met een lengte van mijn partner van 1,84 voelde hij zich een reus in de (te) kleine kamer en stootte zijn hoofd meerdere malen. Klein dus... daarnaast hadden we halfpension geboekt, er was geen andere optie, terwijl we dit niet nodig hadden want we waren met een grotere groep met wie we elke avond ergens anders gingen dineren. Vooraf contact gezocht met het hotel of dit eraf kon plus korting, en bij aankomst en tijdens bezoek nog een keer gevraagd. Het hotel zat niet vol, toch was het niet mogelijk om op geen enkele compensatie te rekenen, terwijl we hier wel voor hadden betaald. En ja, we wisten het, maar toch, het was vriendelijk geweest als we ergens iets gecompenseerd hadden gekregen of extra korting op skihuur of iets dergelijks. 3 dagen met z'n tweeen dus geen gebruik gemaakt van het diner. Ontbijt buffet was standaard, redelijke keuze, maar niet bijzonder. De jacuzzi voor de deur was ongezellig en bij de voordeur onder een afdak. Daar zat je niet lekker en in het zicht, en zag er ook wat gedateerd uit. Niemand in zien zitten overigens en wij hebben deze ook overgeslagen.

Great location, super friendly staff.
Pros:

Very close to the lifts. Amazing breakfast and evening meal. Super friendly staff. Very impressed with the way Mathilde adapted the menus to my dietary restrictions.
Good satellite TV.
Rooms cleaned daily.

Cons:

The room was really tiny, but we had everything we needed.
The WiFi only worked in the reception area.

Kamers die wij hadden erg klein. Op zich niet zo n probleem maar ook geen ramen behalve een dak kantelraam op 4 m hoog . Er was dus geen uitzicht en geen escape route in deze 2 kamers. Ook vroegen wij ons af hoe eea moet aflopen bij brand …

The friendliness of the staff made the trip so enjoyable, really clean rooms and lovely food.
Pros:

The breakfast and all the meals were excellent, just what you needed on a ski trip. The location of the hotel is just perfect as well, especially for a short trip where time really matters.
