Clean rooms
nice staff

Cons:

- The room was not ready way after 4:00 pm check-in time. They called us after 5:00 p.m
- cold showers. we could never make the shower or the bathtub work because the water was always too cold. When we contacted the service, they said if you take a shower at 3 in the morning, it would be warm but any time after 6 am till midnight, we cannot provide enough warm water for all the units!!!
- expensive
- Hard couches. The couches were so hard that you couldn't sit on them. We sat on the foam by the window
- wrong advertisement on the photos (they showed the Marriott vacation club swimming pool in the pictures for the summit watch, which is misleading)
- mattresses were deepening inside

Cons:

When booking for your stay here, there’s no disclaimer that lets you know that you will be charged $30 a Day for parking.
Check out time is way too early being at 10Am . Most places are 11am and usually you can extend for a later check out time. However this isn’t the case for this place.

Will not be returning.
Pros:

The front desk staff when checking in was absolutely amazing!!

Cons:

The dirty room and bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Blood (at least what looked like it) all over the bottom of the shower curtain. The sheets were disgustingly covered in light yellow brown spots. Hair all over the corners of the bathroom and kitchen area. I would not recommend this place.
