Lack of communication
Pros:

The accomodation are refusing us at first, because they said they are no longer RedDoorz partner. It was 7.30 pm and I was with my daughter. It is surprising to see that a property in Booking.com are not affiliated directly with the owner, instead it is manage by the third party (RedDoorz). Luckily, the owner let us stay. But it was not a pleasant experience.

Cons:

The property said they are no longer part of Red Doorz partner, so they should not listed in Booking.com anymore.
