Pros:

Location is fine.

Cons:

The host is fraud and unresponsive. Photos do not match the property. Roach infested. Host company NEVER responds. I filed for refund with Booking.com but they say they cannot issued refund because host company doesn't respond. What???

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. Photos of another unit show damaged flooring, lots of cockroaches, no hot water, noisy air conditioning, and I tried both Booking.com and the number they provided for assistance to communicate, but no response.

L’emplacement et la piscine

Cons:

On a été rétrogradé dans un studio avec vu sur les immeubles et prévenu uniquement le matin alors que nous avions choisi depuis plus de 6 mois un appartement avec la vue pour le réveillon , aucune solution n’a été trouvé

Renting a condo unit, not staying in a hotel
Pros:

The condo staff has finally stopped being condescencing towards people leasing privately-owned units. The check-in procedure is quite easy too. Wifi is fast, although barely any signal in the bedroom. Good view from the balcony.

Cons:

I've rented four different rooms and every single one of them has had water damage in and around the bathroom. Photos are fake i.e. units can be of different shapes and with different furniture. It's a shame because I am renting these places also for being able to work on my laptop on a decent table and chair.

The room is outdated,linen and towel were too old used the unit that was given to us is not same on the pictures present

I had a good stay this summer 2025. It can be better though. Hopefully next year will be like my stay from previous year

The Building itself was still great!

The unit I got this time was disappointing (5107)
1. Fridge was not working well.
2. Aircon had no enough cooling effect

I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel for the same money. This unit didn’t live up to expectations.
