Overall - I would come again probably wouldn't swim though.
Pros:

Loved the location and that the hotel felt new in most areas. Planned to go sit in the bar area but never went down due to being busy in the city but it seemed so nice. The hotel didn't have any weird smells, even smelled new! Bed linen were clean and super comfy! Hotel was quiet no screaming kids or barking dogs! I can't get over the location and convivence to everything. This is the best option for the value!

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't come to clean the room or change/bring fresh towels. The pool was dirty. They should invest in an automatic cleaner vs just the brush, you can see the algae at the bottom of the pool all in one area. Also the signs about diarrhea in the pool scared me and made me wonder what has previously happened in this pool so I got out immediately lol.

I prefer staying at Courtyard over staying on the Universal Grounds.
Pros:

This was a family friendly place however, being one that despises eating out I cooked my own food. For our next visit I will reserve a room with a kitchenette if available. The refrigerator was super small and didn't get as cold as it should've.

Cons:

onky the refrigerator everything else was ok.

Ingen daglig städning, lyhört, frukosten bestod av väldigt få alternativ från caféet. Fick välja en bestämd sak att äta av tre. Fick välja antingen kaffe eller juice (inte båda). Inget vatten heller.
Behövde betala för parkering, vilket var löjligt i min mening trots det låga priset.
Morgonpersonalen var totalt oengagerad. De svarade knappt på tilltal.
Sista gången vi bor där.

Loved it, would definitely seek out one of these hotels in the future
Pros:

For a group of hard working men, the laundry room was top notch and was greatly needed/appreciated. Having an on site bar/grill for my guys that wanted a drink/meal without having to go anywhere or order in was much needed to relax and not have to worry about that. For my guys that want to stretch their legs a bit, the location was near some restaurants and entertainment that could easily be walked to

Parking was a bit cramped, but then again we are driving large trucks, so really can’t complain too much
