Pros:

When I checked in, the front desk told me there would be an additional charge.
When asked why, they did not answer and just repeated that not have enough money to pay for the stay. Then they told me to call Fab Hotel's head office or manager.

The front desk is messy and rude. The passport I give them for a copy is thrown back to me.

The rooms are not clean, there is dust on the floor, the wallpaper is peeling and the towels are half-damp.

When it rains heavily, the hotel's main gate is flooded and have to enter and exit through the back gate.

I leaved this hotel early, this hotel spoiled my Chennai trip..
