Probably won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

Very quiet, quick elevator.

Cons:

No breakfast buffet. Had to take dirty towels down to the front desk every day to exchange for clean ones. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Had to pay for linen exchange. Room had a small kitchenette but zero utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, dish towels, paper towels or dish soap. Some of these were available for purchase but we did not do so.

Pros:

There was no breakfast but the coffee was very good. Good location. And was very clean.

Cons:

Hand towels in the room and a ice maker somewhere in the hotel would be nice.

Not alot to like

Cons:

Toilet in the room didn't work. Manager lied when saying they could refund me due to it not working for the 3 days I was there. Water pressure was absolutely terrible. Rooms smelled awful. Smoking stations were right in front of the entry doors. No extra amenities. Staff always passes issue to someone else then doesnt have an explanation.

Great place to stay and clean for the most part and having the wash and drying area was nice!

Cons:

Animal hair in elevator and hallway but I do know it’s pet friendly. Not terrible but noticeable at times
