Didn’t get the room type we paid for
Pros:

Clean and tidy, nice decor
Great location

Cons:

Very disappointed that we didn’t get the room type that I had paid for. Paid for a twin and when we got to the property there weren’t any left so we were offered a double room. Felt we couldn’t say no as we had been travelling for 3 hours and it was late to find any where else.
Probably won’t use this chsin again

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms. Fast check-in with friendly staff. A cookie on check in was a nice touch.

Cons:

The pillows require updating, there’s hardly any filing in them. It was surprising that there was neither a shower cap nor a bottle of water in the room.

Pros:

Modern. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Noise from football stadium - music until 23:45 with glass bottles also being emptied. Unable to get to sleep until after midnight

Very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The only niggle we had was that the water in the bathroom wasn’t very hot.
