Exceptional Stay!

Exceptional stay!

I had a great experience at Airport Plaza. The location is perfect just a short and easy walk to the airport, which made my travel super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great value for the location and service. لم احجز وجبة إفطار لسوء الفندق وكأنه غرف للنوم وليس بفندق تنعدم فيه خدمات الفندقة والإستقبال

Cons:

الغرف صغيرة جداً والمناشف سيئة جداً وتحتاج تغيير والغرف ليست مكيفة وإذا احتجت لتكييف عليك أن تدفع مبلغ إضافي مايقابل 2000 روبية هندية

Great place to stay while waiting for a flight!
Pros:

very spacious, comfy and very helpful staff.

Cons:

the key to my room was a little touchy in the slot to power the lights/fan and they would turn off sporadically and would need to wiggle the card in order to turn everything back on.

Comfortable, but isolated.
Pros:

It is close to the airport, but far from everything else. Generally, people were friendly.

Cons:

Not all staff were competent. When I asked for my bill upon checking out, I was told that I should get my bill from booking.com even though I paid for my stay in cash when I checked in.

Pros:

Reception staff not cooperating..they mis guiding in allotting room. I identified and demanded, then only they allotted original....for each room , TV , comforts and ven in breakfast I face issues..

Cons:

Not hygienic rooms and cooperating staff except ashraff..

Uncomfortable to say the least. A bad way to end a beautiful trip.

Cons:

Scammed by the front desk, asking for 11,000 INR for 2 loads of laundry. When I expressed that this was a lot of money and I wouldn't move forward with the service, I was yelled at. I expressed that their demeanor was unprofessional, so they offered the service for free; my laundry was then left in a very wet pile on my hotel floor, needing to be cleaned again due to the bad smell that this caused. I tipped the guy 1000 INR despite this and he had the nerve to ask for an additional 500.
