Great staff, nightly entertainment and bingo. Comfortable room
Nice breakfast ..
Rooms dirty on arrival small dirty room..dated too
Shame great location but rooms let it down..
Cleanliness of the bathroom. Needed a really good clean, limescale on the shower hair in the plug taps and glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while and dust on toilet roll holder, towel rail, light bulb
Location
Private parking and very clean and spacious room
We booked room only but decided to eat in restaurant.. meal was ok but when first entered restaurant was treated like we were dumb for not knowing what the protocol was
Room spacious with comfortable bed but drab uninviting decor with view of fire escape . Compact shower unit with a billowing shower curtain . Fan kept in wardrobe was last PAT tested in 2021.Same member of staff for check in and check - out who was consistently surly and had a “ couldn’t care less attitude “ on both occasions . Check i in amounted to name , here’s your key , there’s your room
Close to the front and decent car park
Shower needs updating, that and the bathroom were showing signs of mould
Almost everything all staff great , food ,,bar prices etc were great value for money
Would have liked the bar to be open a little later for residents and the breakfast to be on longer 730 -9 am meant quite an early rise to catch breakfast not a big complaint just personal preference, the one complaint i have is the mattress on the bed was not good
Walk to the beach a little steep
Biscuits for breakfast in room would be nice
The hotel was clean however it was very noisy, complained about this and it continued throughout the night
good for the price
nothing
The per night charge for doggies. We get used to a charge but per night is excessive.
Great for our one night stay, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample and tasty.
The room was a little dated and hot.
The carpet had stains and the shower needed a good clean.
