Muy nuevo, cómodo y limpio
Very good value, clean rooms with good temperature control. Strong showers and helpful, efficient staff. Great location. Walked to uchisar castle then did a small loop (20%) through pigeon valley back to the hotel.

We recently stayed at Pegasos Cave Suites in Uçhisar and was disappointed, mainly because the experience didn’t match the way the property is advertised. The views shown online looked stunning - made to look as if you can see all the hot air balloons from your room and from the jacuzzi on your balcony.
That was not the case.
The hotel actually faces the opposite direction, so the outlook is nowhere near what you’d expect. If you're choosing this place specifically to watch the balloons in the morning, or to enjoy it from your jacuzzi, this is *not* the right property for that.
The room we booked was advertised with a Jacuzzi on the porch, but that wasn’t working on arrival. And they made it seem as if that was very normal and not an issue at all.
When I made it very clear that I booked the room specifically for the jacuzzi, they said they will move us the next day.
We were moved to another room the next day, which had a nice Jacuzzi, unfortunately inside the bathroom and unfortunately this room had no view at all.
The Jacuzzi doubles as the shower, and every time we used it, it leaked significantly—leaving the entire bathroom floor soaked each time we used it to shower or jacuzzi.
On the positive side, breakfast was very nice, and the overall value for money was reasonable. Still, there are many better options available in the area at similar or even lower prices.
No view hot air balloon view.
Broken jacuzzi - which was the main reason we booked that room and paid extra for - and it wasn’t a big deal according to them.

Fizeram-nos também uma surpresa muito especial no quarto, um gesto muito querido que nos deixou mesmo felizes e tornou a estadia ainda mais memorável. O quarto era lindo e o jacuzzi privado foi perfeito para relaxar depois de um dia a explorar a Capadócia.
Foi uma experiência incrível e sem dúvida um lugar onde voltaríamos novamente. Recomendo muito! ✨
Ήταν όλα υπέροχα.Η τοποθεσία το δωμάτιο το πρωινό αλλά κυρίως η ευγένεια όλων.Ολοι ήταν ευγενεστατοι και πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν.Σιγουρα αν ξαναπάμε θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.Και μην ξεχνάμε και το υδρομασάζ το οποίο κατά ευχαριστήθηκα με.Ευχαριστουμε πολύ για όλα.Μακαρι να ήταν όλοι τόσο επαγγελματίες στον τουρισμο

The room, the view, the breakfast and the staff.
- The staff are really great, very helpful with anything you need, and they let us check out a bit late. The staff were the best part of our stay!
- Turkish breakfast was great.
- Room was fully equipped, comfy, and very large.
- The private balcony and view of Pigeon caves is beautiful.
- The hotel location is great, walking to shops and restaurants is very close by. Uchisar is sleepier than nearby Goreme.
- The aesthetic and decor of the hotel are pretty.
- We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub jacuzzi, but it didn’t work, and when we filled it up it leaked out pretty quickly.
- In the room, there was a table against a wall, and in order to use the coffee maker or kettle you had to move it out a bit to get the cord down to the outlet, but we didn’t realize that the table only had 2 legs so the whole table fell with lots of items on top.
- We didn’t use the heat while there, because we like it colder. But we did turn it on while packing up on our last morning and the radiator started leaking. And it didn’t seem like there was an option to turn it to AC.
- I thought there was a bar and restaurant, but seems like they only serve breakfast.
- The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work.
- We could hear everything outside of our room, not soundproof at all.

The food was amazing. The staffs were kind and welcoming. They even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift.
We had some issues with the room and they upgraded us for free.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de accommodatie.
入住房间就发现床上有很多头发，叫服务员来清理换了床单！我觉得这种事情不应该发生，清理房间应该在客人入住之前。
Location is excellent, included in all the activities pick-ups. The hotel mas magnificent.. amazing view and the breakfast was superb! All the hotel staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was the perfect stay for the perfect trip.

Very good location and the suite was very spacious with good amenities.
They have a bath and then a shower head but you’re not able to mount it so you have to have a shower holding the shower head. Also when I checked in the receptionist and then left for a tour, I saw that the receptionist had found me on Instagram from my check in details requested to follow me on Instagram which was a bit creepy. Other staff were friendly. There is also a lot of street works going on outside which means you are constantly bringing in dirt/stones into the entrance area and it’s very dusty and loud during the day.
Super petit déjeuner et grand plus pour le jaccuzzi sur la terrasse. Les montgolfières ne sont pas venues juste à côté mais on pouvait tout de même bien les observer depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Personnel très sympathique.
