Awesome !!

The food was amazing. The staffs were kind and welcoming. They even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift.

Superb!
Pros:

Location is excellent, included in all the activities pick-ups. The hotel mas magnificent.. amazing view and the breakfast was superb! All the hotel staff were very kind and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was the perfect stay for the perfect trip.

Pros:

Super petit déjeuner et grand plus pour le jaccuzzi sur la terrasse. Les montgolfières ne sont pas venues juste à côté mais on pouvait tout de même bien les observer depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Personnel très sympathique.

Very good location and the suite was very spacious with good amenities.

Cons:

They have a bath and then a shower head but you’re not able to mount it so you have to have a shower holding the shower head. Also when I checked in the receptionist and then left for a tour, I saw that the receptionist had found me on Instagram from my check in details requested to follow me on Instagram which was a bit creepy. Other staff were friendly. There is also a lot of street works going on outside which means you are constantly bringing in dirt/stones into the entrance area and it’s very dusty and loud during the day.

We met an Afghan guy whos name was Ahmad at the reception he was really helpful, professional and kind loved his way of talking and he helped us a lot. i just didnt like the location so much and i think hotel was overpriced

Excellent Emre was exceptional ver obliging and helpful and Melih as well really helpful no task was difficult

La camera era calda e accogliente. Era abbastanza pulita. La colazione era strepitosa, con tante pietanze tra dolce e salato che ti servivano direttamente al tavolo senza dover alzarsi per il buffet. Lo staff era cordiale e disponibile.

Pros:

We checked into the hotel late. They knew we would be checking in late and had put some treats in the room. We really appreciated it. We didn't have much time, so we could only stay one day, but we will definitely come back.

Everything was fantastic!!!
Pros:

It's a very high-quality hotel. The reception staff helped me find the best prices for the hot air balloon tours, the Turkish night, and the ATV tour. The breakfast was delicious. Watching the balloons from the jacuzzi was a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The hotel is close to everything. The staff are very friendly.

Pros:

Everyone was very attentive from the moment we entered the hotel until the very end. They have a fantastic variety of Turkish breakfast options. You can watch the hot air balloons and fairy chimneys from the terrace. The location is very central and close to everything. We will come back again in the summer!!!
