The room was very big and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room had all the facilities, including toiletries and slippers and it was very clean.
The staff were friendly and helpful for all the duration of our stay and wanted to make us as comfortable as possible. They helped us booking the day trip and the flight with hot air balloon, also the transfer from and to the airport at convenient prices.
The breakfast here exceeded all my expectations, as they serve the Turkish breakfast, so a great variety of things, for everyone's taste.
The location was also amazing, the place has a big terrace where you can enjoy the view over the Pigeon Valley and the volcano.
We had some issues with the jacuzzi/shower. Every time we were taking a shower the bathroom would be flooded.
The staff did check if there was any issue the same day, but unfortunately there was no way of solving it in such a short time.
This issue also caused a bit of humidity in the room, and even if the fan in the bathroom was working well, the smell of humidity stayed in the room (as the room had only one window).
La vue était incroyable. Le personnel très gentil sans mentionner le déjeuner qui est sincèrement le meilleur que nous avons manger durant nôtre séjour en Turquie. Proximité de plusieurs restaurants et possibilités de booker des activités directement à l’hôtel. La chambre est intéressante et unique en son genre.
Nous avons changer de chambre, mais la première chambre attribuée sentait les égouts et la toilette était beaucoup trop haute (attention au personne plus petite on ne touche pas par terre).

Unser Aufenthalt im Pegasos Cave Suite Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich engagierte und herzliche Team des Hotels. Anfangs waren wir mit unserem Zimmer nicht ganz zufrieden, da es direkt gegenüber der Rezeption lag und der Geräuschpegel für uns etwas störend war. Obwohl das Hotel fast komplett ausgebucht war, hat sich das Team unglaublich bemüht und uns dennoch einen Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht.
Diesen Einsatz, die Freundlichkeit und die echte Bereitschaft, auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen, schätzen wir sehr. Man hat jederzeit gespürt, dass dem Personal das Wohlbefinden der Gäste wirklich wichtig ist. Genau solcher Service macht einen Aufenthalt besonders. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir sind sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Anfangs war unser erstes Zimmer aufgrund der Lage gegenüber der Rezeption etwas laut. Allerdings wurde sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht und das Team hat alles möglich gemacht, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Deshalb gibt es letztendlich nichts Negatives zu sagen.

The location was great - in town and near a great valley hiking trail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff was great, and lived staying in a ‘cave.’
