Do not have any expectations especially for the onsen !
Pros:

Extremely convenient if you want to go to Upopoi the next day. staff was polite and very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great quality regardless the buffet style. The onsen was disappointing.
Having a shuttle service between the hotel and Upopoi Ainu museum will have been appreciated when traveling with suitcases and/or elderly people.

温泉に癒された快適旅
Pros:

温泉がとても気持ちよかった。食事は、種類が多くて美味しかった。白老牛は美味しかったです。ただ、肉と揚げ物が多く、もっと体に優しいものも欲しかった。

Cons:

食事は、早い時間帯に行くと、海鮮物の種類が多かったが、いったん人が多く入ると、残り物しか無くなった。

Pros:

I've been to a number of capsule hotels during my time in Japan, but this one of the nice modern ones that I quite liked. This may not be signifcant to others but the best part of the capsule is that there is a little locker in your capsule room and this is big because it saves so much space in the room. The lighting and interior was also quite nice inside.

Another big plus is that its directly connected to the onsen so it was really nice to access the onsen right there. The manga cafe was a great addition too.

Cons:

If they could provide a bit more padding on the futons it would have helped a lot.
