3 days in kathmandu
Pros:

This place provided a perfect ending to my over two week visit to Nepal. The staff was super friendly and helpful in making sure my stay was comfortable. The coffee and the food at the restaurant were superb. Their vegetarian tha khali set was honestly the best I had in Nepal!! It is close to Thamel for anything you could need and centrally located to the UNESCO sites. Will definitely be staying here anytime I'm back in Kathmandu!

Fabulous
Pros:

My 2nd visit this year, receptionist Bindiya and Manita were very polite and welcoming. Fantastic hospitality provided by this hotel,clean room,great breakfast, a big thank you to all the staff for providing excellent service throughout my stay, will be back soon.

A lovely hotel and I will return on my next visit to Pokhara.
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was lovely, nice staff, good choice at breakfast and the rooftop pool was great!

Cons:

A phone next to the pool area to order drinks when the bar is not staffed would be a good idea.

Excellent aside from the freezing cold shower
Pros:

Great location in the lakeside area, but tucked back away from the main road. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of selection, including hot items. Infinitely better than the standard omelet and toast most other hotels offer. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed for 2 nights and did not have any hot water either night. The shower was freezing cold. When I called down to reception, they were helpful and sent someone up immediately, but he only told me to turn the handle all the way to the hot side and let it run, which I did for almost a half an hour and it did absolutely nothing. Still freezing.

Definitely a place to stay in POKHARA
Pros:

Excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from lakeside,clean rooms,nice swimming pool view with bar also daily room service was available. Receptionist Manita and trainee Rabin were very polite and welcoming. A big thank you to restaurant staff for providing a wonderful service during breakfast hours Beenu, Sanjeev, Kreepa and Samil also Security guard Rajan always smiling.
