Comfortable beds and great pool
Pros:

Comfortable beds, great pool on the rooftop, tasty breakfast with lots of variety

Cons:

Provided limited shampoo and no shower gel. Bar of soap provided was used for hand washing in the main sink. Would have expected better from a 5 star hotel. Bathroom also started leaking on the second night due to heavy rainfall (looks like there had been previous water damage, so requires better maintenance)

私には十分満足いくホテルでした。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。
Pros:

スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリーです。私はLakeViewの部屋に滞在しました、シャワールームにガラスブースがありよかったです。屋上のプールとバーもgoodです。

冷蔵庫がない。ランドリーにexpressがない。

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast included, nice pool on the rooftop

Cons:

On the second day of the stay the pool seemed to be switched off - no filter running and no water stream. A shame as its a nice facility.
Housekeeping service only happened very late in the day around 5pm.
