By train: Within walking distance from the main train station. Turn left when you get out of the train station towards Konrad-Adenauer-Strasse. Then turn right onto Konrad-Adenauer-Strasse and continue straight until you reach Lindenplatz roundabout. Then take the second entry onto your left onto Moislinger Allee. Continue straight ahead on until you see the hotel. By car: Directions north/east: When you are heading onto the A1 in the north/east direction, take exit 22 towards Lubeck Zentrum. Continue right towards the city centre. Continue for 2kms and then take the first exit on the roundabout. After 1km turn left into Fackenburger Alee. Then take the second exit onto Moislinger Alee on the roundabout. The hotel is to your left. Directions south/west: When you are heading onto the A1 in the south/west direction, take the exit 22 towards Lubeck Zentrum. After 2.5kms turn right onto Stockelsdorfer Str., then take the first exit on the roundabout. Take left into Fackenburger Alee after 1km. On the next roundabout take the second exit onto Moislinger Alee. The hotel will be to your left.

Gute Lage und funktionelle Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sehe freundlich und haben geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstückspersobal etwas überfordert.

Nur im Frühjahr, Herbst oder Winter zu empfehlen - im Sommer ist's zu warm
Pros:

Insgesamt ein akzeptables Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer ist schön und ordentlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Fahrradkeller ist sehr geräumig. Die Innenstadt und das Holstentor sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm und die Klimaanlage ist zwar laut aber wenig effektiv.

Handlungsbedarf
Pros:

Das Hotel ist Zentrumsnah und nahe am Bahnhof.
Alles gut Zufluss erreichbar.
Das Personal ist überwiegend höflich und es war sauber.

Cons:

Im Bad wenig Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen. Man musste erst die Handtücher woanders platzieren dann konnte man etwas hinstellen. Es fehlten Zahnputzbecher. Und der eine oder andere Haken um etwas aufzuhängen. Ein einzelner Haken an der Tür.
Im Schlafraum hätte ich mir einen zweiten Stuhl gewünscht. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer und da wäre auch ein zweiter Stuhl schön gewesen. Es gab keinen Schrank, nur einen " Kofferkuli" eine Schiene mit 4 Kleiderbügel,keine Möglichkeit den Koffer auszupacken.
Frühstück: ja war gut und reichlich. Aber!!! Am ersten Tag als wir Frühstücken wollten war viel los. Es gab keine freien Plätze, freie Plätze gab es schon, aber es wurde nichts abgeräumt, hatten wir dann selbst getan und um frisches Besteck gebeten. Am zweiten Tag wussten wir ja Bescheid und haben gleich erstmal einen Platz freigeräumt, inzwischen wussten wir ja auch wohin.mit dem Schmutzgeschirr und wo wir Besteck finden.
Eigentlich würde ja ein kleines Hinweisschild ausreichen auf dem man die Gäste darum bittet, benutztes Geschirr auf den Geschirrwagen zu stellen. Ohne Hinweis machen das die wenigsten.
Wir hatten erlebt, dass Tische 20 Minutenlang nicht abgeräumt und neu eingedeckt wurden.

Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer sehr zentrumsnah . In ein paar Minuten war man in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Badezimmer könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Keine Ablage für den Waschbeutel und nur ein Haken für Handtücher.

Pros:

Great location, spacious modern rooms, clean. Appreciated the coffee making facilities in the room. All in all, I'd stay again if I'm ever in Lubeck again.

Cons:

It took us until the next day to figure out the A/C and it was a hot day, or rather night... Parking was convenient but very tight and in the AM, the laundry delivery van blocked the exit and getting out was a bit of a hassle.

Beim nächsten Mal doch eher in ein anderes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, die Putzfrau sehr nett und auch die Chefin von ihr. Toll sind der gratis Kaffee und der gratis Tee und die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, das geräumige Zimmer und das Bett. Gratis Parkplatzmöglichkeiten an der Straße.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat, wie in einigen Premier Inn Hotels, leider nicht gut funktioniert. Leider kam aus der Dusche abwechselnd heißes, warmes und kaltes Wasser. Beim Waschbecken musste man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht verbrüht. Das muss doch änderbar sein. Leider gab es zu wenig Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war ok, aber langweilig und es wurde auch nicht automatisch aufgefüllt.

Pros:

Mooie verzorgde kamer. Goede bedden. Goede douche. Koffie en thee op de kamer.

Cons:

Beperkte zitplaatsen bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt zelf was lekker, maar niet zo uitgebreid als je zou verwachten. Toch is alles er te vinden: brood, yoghurt, vlees en kaas, enz.

Beperkte parkeerplaats bij het hotel.
