The rooms, especially the historical suites, are absolutely stunning! The food in the restaurant was great, too. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They provided us with complimentary room upgrades and a birthday cake, which we hadn’t even asked for. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel, thanks to the care and hospitality of each employee.

I loved my stay in this hotel, the service, the staff and everything else was beyond my expectations.

The property is absolutely stunning – a true Florentine palazzo with breathtaking historical interiors and modern comfort. The suite was spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated, combining heritage with luxury. The location in the very heart of Florence is perfect, with everything just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and exclusive. The staff were attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was also excellent, served in a magnificent setting.

Staying at Palazzo Portinari Salviati Residence in Florence was nothing short of a dream come true. From the very first moment we arrived, we were swept into a world of elegance, beauty, and five-star perfection that felt straight out of a fairy tale. I genuinely felt like a princess living in a Renaissance palace!

The service was pristine truly next-level. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to feel both so pampered and so at home at the same time, but they managed it flawlessly.

The rooms? Immaculate. Gorgeously appointed with elegant touches and historic charm, yet seamlessly modern and luxurious. The attention to detail in the design made me want to stay forever waking up there was like stepping into a painting.

As for the food delicious, fresh, and surprisingly healthy! Each breakfast felt curated with love, with ingredients that tasted like they came straight from a Tuscan garden. Everything was beautifully plated and tasted even better than it looked.

This wasn’t just a hotel stay it was an experience, one that enchanted me from start to finish. I honestly cannot recommend Palazzo Portinari Salviati Residence enough. Perfect location, absolutely incredible building, beautiful room, very good food and excellent service

After a mix up on our booked room we were given a palatial suite at a much reduced rate. Amazing by any measure we would know. Restaurant was first class with good breakfast in an opulent setting.
It became our oasis in this busy city. We wanted over the top & we got that in spades.... DELIGHTFUL.

Absolutely unforgettable stay! The service was impeccable - every staff member was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly special. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which is by far the most beautiful room I’ve ever seen - spacious, elegant, and breathtaking. As a surprise for my birthday, they even left a gorgeous bouquet in the room. Every detail was perfect. Highly recommend!
