Compared to all the hotels from Windham it was the most unsatisfactory one. The reception night staff was unhelpful.
Pros:

Room service representative and the quality of food

Cons:

The hotel was full, so the first room provided was 412 and it was a corner room facing roads, noisy and cold. After complains the hotel changed to room 320, which was opposite the housekeeping door, shabby and small. There was a cigarette under the bedside table.

Спочатку мені дали номер не той який я бронювала і там дуже смерділо цигарками. Я попросила замінити, це зробили без проблем. Але цей номер також смердів цигарками, у номері була попільничка. І навіть рушники з вже просочені запахом цигарок. Але номер сам по собі симпатичний

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca her şey gerçekten çok güzeldi. Personelin ilgisi, güler yüzü ve sundukları hizmet son derece başarılıydı. Yemek menüsü oldukça zengin ve çeşitlilik açısından tatmin ediciydi. Hem yemekler hem de tatlılar çok lezzetliydi. Her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldığımız, keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Abdulvahap Bey’e ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ediyorum

Excellent stay near Istanbul Airport

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore Arnavutköy. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, quiet and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. The location is perfect for travelers using Istanbul Airport, and getting to and from the airport was very convenient.

Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options.

Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

1) the shower did not work properly. 2) the small mirror was broken. 3) the drain in the shower was clogged. 4) the air condition was slow and did not work properly 5) the house keeping was very slow to respond.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Nothing. Poor experience.

Cons:

Front desk staff allocated us a room on the 5th floor, in full knowledge that the whole floor had no working AC, when it was very hot weather. Not that we knew that when we checked in (they never told us). The room was very hot, and very smelly (drains or sewers) and the AC kept on cutting out about 30 seconds every time after it was turned on. The same electrical fault existed for the lights inside the room and the corridors and the lifts. We requested another room, more than once, at which point there was only one alternative, next to an 8 lane main road which was very very noisy all night. I doubt the windows are double glazing. Got almost no sleep. Really poor experience for an international brand like Ramada / Wyndham. Breakfast was very average, cold cuts, breads and anything that was supposed to be hot was cold. Machine coffee. We won't be coming back. Just to add perspective, we spent a week in Istanbul 2 and a half weeks prior to this on the way through to Italy/Greece and it was totally fine.
