Comfy bed & fantastic view over the ocean.
The hassle of picking up a key from a carpark then having to drive to accommodation. 1st time I've had to do this. Not from the Gold Coast it was a bot of time wasted. Used to arriving, getting keys, parking & up to my room.
There was no warm water for washing/shower on one of the nights of my stay. I'm not sure if this was a room or building problem. It was reported to the owner.
Great location with a beautiful view. Light rail just in front of the building. Overall a pleasant stay.
The kitchen was poorly equipped for four guests (only three plates, bowls and sets of cutlery). No sponge, dishwashing liquid or dishwasher powder was provided. The water filter jug was unusable due to cloudy, smelly water. Although there was a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang clothes or wet beach towels. No basic cleaning items (cloth, paper towels) were available.
These are small details, but they make a big difference considering the price.
You have to pick up and drop of the key card at a different locations in SP. Also you cannot store the luaggage after check out as is a privately rented room and not part of the hotel. Seems a bit cheap made and no focus on guest convenience

Picking up the key was complicated, if you aren't driving its a long way to go collect and then take back with your luggage...needs to he a closer pick up.
We did have 1 issue with the cleaners but it was resolved eventually.
Brilliant view and superbly clean apartment. Unbelievable quality in the spa. Fantastic kitchen appliances. I didn’t want to leave after my time expired.

Perfect location - so close to beach and tram stop. In between surfers paradise and Broadbeach so a lot to do nearby, but is a peaceful neighbourhood. Free parking a plus and appreciate the flexibility with checking in.

Note that you have to pick up the key from lockbox <5 min drive away - very easy.

This has to be the best accommodation in Australia. It is an amazing apartment. Loads of room and a variety of amenities. Really can’t praise it highly enough. Fantastic location, mind blowing views from the balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed and the free (and very safe) parking a huge bonus. The carton of milk left in the fridge along with the dish of mints were very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Great contact from the owners with very clear instructions. It really is a gem of a place and I’m only sorry we only had one night here.

Embora o alojamento tenha dado todas as orientações para levantar a chave do apartamento, chegar na cidade de comboio com 2malas de 20kgs tem que se levantar a chave num sítio bem distante do alojamento onde para ir a pé novamente com as malas o melhor é apanhar outro comboio ou uber.
