OMG! I didn't like that our hotel room definitely wasn't the cleanest. The blanket on one of our beds was absolutely filthy, floor had hair and crumbs on it, bottom closet shelf was broken, television didn't work at all, and there was a horrible noise coming from our heating unit.

First day no vet. Discount. Mold in shower. Carpet torn and frayed creating a tripping hazard. Either out of coffee or it was cold during each morning.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. I guess at $145 a night, in a brand new hotel I was expecting a little better experience. Each morning, the breakfast area was poorly stocked, and it was difficult to find a staff member to assist. Common breakfast items were frequently unavailable, including coffee creamer, milk, and bacon.

The room design was also inconvenient. The television was mounted on a side wall near the bathroom rather than at the foot of the bed. In order to watch it from the bed, it had to be turned at an angle, which made it easy to accidentally hit your head if you forgot its position. Also, the thermostat was mounted on the wall behind the tv which made it somewhat difficult to get to.

Additionally, the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were mounted too high near the shower head, causing you to bump into them repeatedly while showering.

Hopefully, all the rooms don’t have this poor design and the breakfast issue gets better than what it was when we visited.

Found leftover food in refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen floor and countertop dirty. Waste basket under kitchen sink with some food liquid poured in it from previous guest staying there. Reported it to front desk. The young gal cleaned out the frig and wiped down the countertop but floor was left dirty.
Asked for some room stay compensation. Haven't heard anything yet.
