A lovely, comfortable stay with excellent service and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

I had a great stay! The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. It would be even better if the hotel could offer complimentary access to the hot springs for all guests, rather than on a payable basis. Their outdoor/indoor hot springs area is a definite must visit for the experience it provides. A big shout-out to Mr. Eric Gao, who was fantastic in guiding us around the area and explaining the facilities we could enjoy during our stay.

Cons:

The location is slightly away from the main town, which may not be ideal for everyone, but it’s perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet. The meal options available for in-house guests could be more varied

The room was clean and cosy.

Cons:

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, except for a few at the front desk who were rather rude—especially the gentleman who handled my check-out. He was noticeably rude and impatient.

Additionally, the hotel should improve the quality of its room service food. During my 4D3N stay, I tried almost every main dish on the menu, and only the Yangzhou fried rice stood out. The overall selection was also quite limited.

酒店位置离北坡入口车程5分钟，只要在酒店登记就可以走VIP通道不用排队。当然离车站就很远了，可以自驾或者叫车到酒店. 住在森林里空气特别好，适合放松洗肺。酒店附近还有各种活动可以玩。工作人员很热情.

Good variety of authentic Chinese food. Nice hot spring .
Pros:

Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The room still has the smell of the decor. Room temperature is not adjustable. Location is very far from town center. If you want to go to north slope of Changbai Shan, you need to buy VIP package from hotel to avoid going back to tourist center.
