Pros:

Location, location, location! This is our 4th stay here- we bring grand children and they have the best time! Only thing I would change is the bkft- they use dark carafe to hold milk and all 5 were empty both mornings when I went to pour childrens milk - and I would also offer a larger selection of children's t- shirts- there were zero short sleeve shirts in the hotel lobby

Best hotel we have ever stayed in.
Pros:

The views were outstanding, the pools and fire pit were so fun to hang around, it was right in the middle of all the fun. The staff were very helpful and even helped get coupons to some of the things to do around town. Can’t forget the food was amazing!

Perfection!
Pros:

The location was ideal—right in the middle of everything, with plenty to do in every direction without needing to drive far. The pool was exceptional and perfect for my 10-year-old. He’s not a fan of large water parks, but the two slides kept him entertained—he must have gone down each of them 100 times. There truly is something for everyone.

One suggestion would be to consider making the upper pool that overlooks the main pool area adults-only. My mother and I really enjoyed relaxing there until it became more crowded with kids.

We also wish the fire pit and bar area stayed open a bit later. We came down to unwind around 10:50 p.m., only for the fire to turn off at 11:00, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a true resort-like feel. The pricing was very reasonable as well—definitely great value for the experience.

Cons:

We specifically selected a parking lot–facing balcony so we could enjoy the mountain views and have a quieter stay away from the pool area. Unfortunately, we were assigned a second-floor, pool-side room with a view of the rooftop rocks, a wall, and only a partial view of the pool.

I contacted the front desk upon arrival to request a change to the room type we originally booked, but was informed that only two other rooms were available—and both were next to ours with an even less desirable view.

This was really the only frustration during our stay. However, since we spent a significant amount of time at the hotel, we do wish we had been given a better room location to fully enjoy our experience.

This was our second stay and would definitely book again.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and adequate breakfast bar. Good location just off the parkway.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, super clean and a nice pool area but let people enjoy their vacation.
Pros:

Nice large rooms and location was great.

Cons:

Being solicited by Margaritaville as soon as I checked in. Wanting me to go on a 2 hour tour of The Island for free attraction tickets and a free stay after I drove over 4 hours, I didn’t want that at that moment. The breakfast was decent but could’ve been better for the price.
