Pleasant surprise getting to know the area.
Pros:

The hotel is very well placed, on a hill above all the traffic and the noise of that traffic.
One thing should definitely be improved: breakfast. We needed some vegetables( which were absent completely),and a little bit of effort to get coffee of better quality.
Other than that, everything was perfect: spacious, clean room, quiet in spite of all the kids playing in the pool.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

As mentioned before: breakfast was under par. Coffee : as low quality as we have got to expect from hotels, which is really a pity. A little effort in obtaining better coffee beans would make a lot of people happy.

Love the atmosphere and the music and the staff is very friendly

Cons:

On the breakfast there was no biscuits or gravy so that was disappointing that everything else was good

Beautiful place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful property, good breakfast, comfortable beds and nice pools.

Cons:

The lamps were very dusty in the room we had and our refrigerator didn’t get cold but we made it work for one night.

Loved it very nice and very clean foods good
Pros:

Everyone is very pleasant , very clean, foods awesome but one thing I would change is people are approached after just checking in no one wants to be bothered right away for setting in a seminar after driving and riding for 8 plus hours and when saying no it’s not the answer they want they are pushy to keep asking over and over eventually you just had to walk away

Overall, we love our experience at compass, and we'll definitely be back.
Pros:

From the moment you walked in, it was clean and personable. Then we went outside and found some pretty great amenities! And the breakfast was perfect!

Cons:

We only concerns we had were. There were no outdoor bathrooms for the pool area. And considering there was four or five different swimming options. It wasn't great to have to go inside to use the bathroom. Also, when we did, the floors were wet and slippery.
The only other concern I saw was that we did not get to use the plunge pool because there were a bunch of kids playing in it. and of course, we saw the random people taking tubes from the lazy river into the pool, which also hindered swimming. Lastly, Another dining option other than the one restaurant that would be fabulous. but it didn't hinder our state because there was an amazing mexican restaurant right next door to the hotel.

Decent place, pleasant, good pools
Pros:

I liked the pools, free breakfast, parking, covered entry, three elevators, room layout, balcony, restaurant

Cons:

Loud music, lack of recycle bins, trash cans large enough to fit food containers, no ventilation/fan in bathroom. It got foggy, worried about mildew and mold. No coffee available after breakfast. Coffee went fast during breakfast. Directions regarding room service not clear. Didn't find out until later that water bottles and amenities could be restocked. No microwaves in room.
