A vacation destination at the Islands in the Mountains of Tennessee.
Pros:

The restaurant was excellent. The food was great. The rooms was very spacious especially the shower. The outdoor bar and fire pits made it very relaxing in the evening. Love the filtered water stations.

Cons:

The eggs really could use more flavor and cooked less. There is also no flavored creamer for coffee. Need to supply this. Most hotels do. Very few handicap parking spaces considering the size of the hotel and huge parking lot.

Always a great stay. Just hanging out in the hotel is relaxing!

Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

Everything! Bar tender made special drinks for kids, live entertainment, indoor pool and slides. Beds were super comfortable and I’d buy their pillows! Breakfast bar had something for everyone which is super nice. I had WL surgery and was surprised to see so many offers I could have. Super clean. We’ll definitely be back again.

Cons:

Pool is always a little cold and could use some more chairs inside for parents watching kids.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at…Jimmy Buffet would be proud!
Pros:

Very modern & super clean. An actual destination for families with children!

Cons:

We’re a retired couple who have little use for the water park amenities…but may be back with grandkids !

We had a great relaxing weekend where we had everything we needed without ever leaving the hotel.
Pros:

Perfect amenities! Clean!
The free breakfast had the biggest selection I’ve ever seen at any other hotel. The bar/grill food did not disappoint! Live music on weekend nights was also great.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

Definitely booking again
Pros:

Booked the family suite. 2 queen beds in one room. 2 twin beds in another room. A dining area with a TV in it. Bathroom with glass shower and separate tub. Plenty of space. Plenty of drawer and closet space as well. Breakfast was great. Loved the bar and restaurant. My kids loved the water area. Entire hotel is clean and smells amazing. Staff was friendly. The gentleman running the bar was amazing! Played in the game area for hours. Loved the firepit seating. I'm very picky about where I stay, ESPECIALLY when my children are coming. Loved this place and forsee multiple future bookings. Coming back in warmer weather so my children can utilize all the outside spaces as well.

Cons:

I had no issues whatsoever with my stay.
