Other than dinner our stay was great.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Lots of hot fresh eggs and bacon. Love the choices of juices. Everything was great about breakfast.

Cons:

We did not enjoy dinner in the hotel restaurant. We ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. Never got them. The burger was dried out like it had been cooked for days. We also ordered the coconut shrimp. We received regular butterfly shrimp.

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Location, pools, hotel was very nice for my family of five.

Cons:

Music played all night long around the pool. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday.

Pros:

Outdoor space is great. There is a fire pit, multiple pools, a bar, and plenty of lounge space. Room was roomy and accommodating. Location is on Teaster lane so you're not right in the parkway traffic.

For the extra fees I was charged I would rather stay at the Christmas Inn located on the strip.
Pros:

Atmosphere was exceptional!

Cons:

I was charged additional charges once I reached the resort after I was told that all taxes and fees were included!
The staff who checked me in didn’t act like she wanted to be there and I could barely understand what she was saying when she did speak.

Our neighbors had no volume control and we could hear them as if they were in our room. The rooms were adjoining and the adjoining doors were very thin
